Do the following with as ruthless a zeal as possible if you really want to be free:

1. Sell your smart phone immediately and get one that only has access to only radio and touchlight. This is funny but it is seriously. What about friends on BB, waz app, Facebook, twitter etc? Where will they be your life is thoroughly messed up!
2. Sell your laptop or Ipad. Run away from any device that gives you access to Internet connection that cannot be viewed by anyone else.

These 1st 2 points are so so crucial, you cant imagine..Get away from the Internet by all means necessary.....

3. Being baptized in the Holy spirit is helpful if you will only pray in the spirit at least 30 mins a day. Get addicted to it
4. Start doing exercises that stretch and strengthen your will power.....even if it is press-up......start today and increase it daily.......day and night. All other exersises that may be painful at the start but makes you push yourself to do what you would ordinarily not want to do. The idea is that your will is weak to stop what you want to stop. You need to build your mental will power like any other muscle and exercises help a lot.
5. Do 5 things daily that build your willpower. eg. if you are a football freak, deliberately miss out on a football game that you would normally die to watch.......look for things that would need will power to do and do them. Make a habit of building your will power
6. Buy the book : The Power of Habit...by Charles Duhigg...........it teaches on how habits work and how to break bad ones buy altering the scientifically proven habit loop
7. Get your bible and dive into it. Be a Bible freak. Get devotionals.Meditate, pray, read, study. eat it. The word of God contains the life of God..........it will drive away the darkness of that addiction as you get addicted to it. It never fails.
8. Eliminate situations where you have to be alone. Build your daily schedule in a way where you don't have time to be alone. eg. wake-up, devotion, jog, press-up, classes,library,classes,lunch,fellowship, workers meeting, tutorial classes, football match, library,dinner, bed with your nokia 3310 phone.
9. Fasting: Nothing works like it. Fasting while studying the bible and praying your heart out will break the cycle.
10. Finally......you need to sit down, get a cold drink and ask yourself this question : HOW BADLY DO I WANT TO STOP THIS? If you want to stop it badly enough, you will take all the 10 points above seriously. I wish you knew what's happening behind the curtains when you watch pornography.

That comes from your mindset. You can do it. Constant practice can reduce it. Instead watching porn, find other things doing for that can help.

You need to determine to be free, repent of your sins, get really baptized in the Holy ghost, enter into active partnership with the Holyghost, then make covenant vows.

I had the same issue and only stopped it last year after so many years dating back to 14 years of age. I am 33 now, so you can do the maths. The first step is to talk to the people who care and get a dependable mentor you can call any time you feel the urge to do so. This will stop you from isolating yourself and kill the shame or stigma and then the next, make a covenant with God. Its what I did and its working. I haven't sought or watched porn since. I did that for masturbation too. May God bless your effort.

Take up therapy--psychotherapy. Employ the service of a psychotherapist or psychiatrist.

i guess ur problem is not the act but the guilty conscience... u can try dis: delete all the Mojos on ur phone or any other device, break all the DVDs/VCDs, try as much as possible not too visit adult site for now, gist about Porn all d tym and condemn the act of watching in the presence of ur friends (dis will help you to feel like a criminal if you r about to watch it). Generally, avoid PORNS and pray against it, ur mind is too young to occupy it with such content. Best of Luck Bro!

I've been in the same shoe as you bro. In fact, mine is getting to the fifth year now and still no change. Only God that can help.

Your problem is minor to take care of only remains determination but still that will not work that much, because some forces of darkness are at work.

Prayerfully study God's word systematically on daily basis and diligently obey God's principles, precepts and commandments inherent in God's word because therein you will find reproof, correction and godly standard. My brother I use have dis semilar problem and regular masturbation was not left out too, but to God be the glory is a thing of past for me. how I remedy it, I confessed to a catholic priest, he prayed and councel me thoroughly, after which he gave me prayer points to go with fasting and the rest is history. Porn can be quite damaging.

Once read on another online forum...someone called porn evil. He then identified himself as an atheist...and said that the reason why he was talking like a religious person about porn was because porn damaged his relationship with two ex girlfriends.....but nw...with help froma therapist and his current girlfriend...he was recovering.

On the surface...porn does not do much. Erotica has always been with us....some works of fine art are really erotic pieces (Picasso, anyone?). The problem is when someone prefers images to real women.

That is why I don't do porn. Religion is part of the reason....but I also want to hold and experience intimacy with a real responding woman...not with some image or object that is fake...and cannot reciprocate my feelings.
