The constitution States that 2 conditions must be met:
1. Win 25% of votes in 24 states
2. Pull majority of counted overall votes.

24 states are certain,massive northern votes (19 states) will augment SW votes(6 states) and there we are in paradise.

Read the news. The results were declared by the returning officer. Senate and HOR are declared at state level. Jega only declares presidential
