It can only be worst. Nigeria is synonymous with corruption. it flows in many people's blood. If they conduct it 100times, rigging will still continue. Thank God for accreditation and card reader that brought rigging to minimal.

If we, south-west people, are rams, what are you?

I served in Orlu, Imo State. I was part of the adhoc staff of INEC that registered voters in 2006. We were held at gun-point to register primary school students.

So far, I will personally vote for JEGA as the NIGERIA MAN OF THE YEAR if there is anything like that. He is a very wise and gifted creature of God. Furthermore, he is not afraid, so bold like a lion and as well incorruptible.

Humanly speaking, JEGA is the bomb in what I have seen so far.

Now to call a spade a spade, JEGA postponed the election result declaration for fear of last-minute 'paper and pen' rigging and figure-changing. He knows how desperate some people are to have their person on seat. JEGA knew that while he was calling the results, some States in some geopolitical zones are busy making calculations and adjusting their figures right on their way to ABUJA.

Those who I am talking about are those who:

1. vote based on tribalism and not on credibility of the candidate.

2. vote based on religion and not on what the candidate is capable of doing.

3. vote blindly.

He was resolute and fearless; I even thought he was going to just stand there and declare the final result directly, only to be shocked that we NIGERIANS are the ones to calculate the figures ourselves based on the results brought forward by each STATE REP.

ONCE AGAIN I SAY, JEGA IS MY MAN OF THE YEAR. I'M HAPPY AND SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS DECLARED SO FAR.

Am i the only one who thinks the postponement is a really bad idea. Because a whole lot could happen in 4 hours.
He should have at least announced 17 states before the break because I wonder how many states he'll get to; what with calling the results of all those minor parties before shifting it to tomorrow due to time.
Point is, Jega, the results should be announced today. Even if we have to stay up till 1:am
