I supported Goodluck just for the Man's gentle spirit.

But now The General has won, I've got to support ma president elect.

But come to think about it, a new chapter just began in the history of Nigeria.

Good way to go madam.

However I think you can build your party and yourself politically from the grassroots. Win a lG chairmanship or state HOA first and improve from there. Nigerian politics is not ripe for a woman president. USA which is known as the mother of democracy the world over has not produced a single female president after hundreds of years of their democracy.

and nobody liked this comment before me? shocked cant y`all see the obvious truth in it.

Much respect to her.
I knew they could not win, but I admire her and KOWA party.
I hope they grow better and stronger and become a major force in the next elections.

Still a sworn gej supporter. I believe the crop of minister he appointed were truly on to something especially the agricultural minister Adesina. In reality its not easy to break free from one's political godfather to be your own boss (as igige himself)

I do believe history will vindicate this one as a good one whose only real offence was that he is really from a minority. Call sanator orubebe a clown or not. I still believe jaga was tribalistic!. He spoke the mind of many from the south south.

I really hope when the real resource control topic comes up, no one chickens out. Since we are in a new era of TRUE DEMOCRACY

sadistic, inhumane and all sort of

Let me use this medium, I Abdul-Raheem Zubair to congratulate GMB as GEJ earlier did....

Congratulations Baba but for you to also know that We voted GEJ out not because there was a better alternative but so that incompetent leaders will know and fear people's ability to ELECT, SELECT and DE-SELECT..!

Why should we endure another 4 years simply because we fear the unknown? If UNKNOWN comes in and perform same level or worst, we will vote them as well and so on until our leaders get it right.

Please sir, do not make us regret that we sacrificed our time, efforts and votes to put you where you are. Make sure you give us a positive change!

Nice speech from Mrs Sonaiya. Polling 13,000 votes, despite the big 2 parties sucking all the cash, is quite remarkable.

In the future, her KOWA party should merge with the other smaller parties (except Accord, SDP, and NCP) to form a formidable opposition party.

I am even surprised at the number of votes she got.

Great turn out.

Nigeria is not ready for a Female president sha.
You shouldn't be surprised. A lot of enlightened Nigerians in diaspora and even in Nigeria are tired of recycled faces because these are the real monsters who plunged Nigeria into darkness and continues to do so, riding on gullibility of masses and tribal/religious sentiments.
It's just a matter of time before masses demand to know what your plans for the country are AND how you hope to achieve them. The electorates scrutinizes these claims and determine if they are feasible given the time frame.
Anybody can come up and read scripts of 24hrs power supply, free food bla bla bla only to tell you these are unrealistic claims after resuming office.

We truly do not need more than three political parties. INEC should quickly de-register any party who could not win a sit in the national assemly. Ok, INEC has been stripped of that power by the court.
