They are trying to extort you guys,your brother should ask of the branch manager and report the case directly.

Ask them how much is the cost of the laptop. Does it have DN? Meanwhile custom charge base on C.I.F

I was sent a package vis USPS Express Mail International. It was sent on the 11th of this month, and it's yet to get delivered. It is supposed to take 3-5 business days. The sender called USPS international and he was told the package is with the Nigerian custom and they left it there and they are not scanning it for further processing. On the package, I only have my name, city, state, and country. No street address. Could it be the cause why the Nigerian custom are not sending it to my local post office in my city? I'm confused and very disturbed.  

Keep tracking on Nipost website for more info . If the Customs need your presence they will definitely update it on the status

I got an update since 17th of April that my item DEPARTED from Muritala International Airport Lagos. Does this mean my item as returned back to the sender?it's been 3days now. Kept tracking on nipost website but no where to be found. Called IMPC, they don't have the package with them.

This is almost the 5th or 6th day that my item departed from murtala mohammed airport and am yet to see the traces of it.. tracked nipost, called nipost, called IMPC, emailed them.. my parcel is nowhere to be found.. PLEASE I'M CALLING OUT FOR HELP

Item probably sent back for delivery issues. Who is the sender to you and what is the tracking? How could you ask someone to send an item to you without postal address or house address/office address and you expect them to deliver; it looks suspicious to them. Call them on 07055991758

Did the sender check his receipt to verify the address was complete and correct? Most likely it is not complete/correct and is being returned to sender.

The guy said there is no address except for receiver's name, city, state and Nigeria.

Who told you that they didn't receive it. Did you call the number I gave or you called another. Did you tell the person you called to check Usps with the tracking number to see details?

Hi everyone, please I need your help. I am expecting a package from USA and it was sent via usps. According to what the sender told me, he said i would get it in the next 6-10 business days. And the package has been sent since 14/04/2015. I keep tracking it on usps website until it arrived Nigeria customs. But what is not clear to me is that on usps website, it is still showing custom clearance. And when I checked it on nipost website, is says returned from customs and showed the next location which is NGABEO since 22/04/2015. But they haven't update anything about the package after the last one. What I want to ask is that, should I go ahead and call the post office or still wait. ?
