Rochas Okoroji,Bye bye to Douglas house.Buhari might consider giving you a federal appointment.

I pity Ihedioha because of the huge debt burden he is going 2 inherit from Rochas Okoroji's government.

There was once a time I hailed u for non insult and accommodating criticism. Where I hailed u for supporting then APC's GMB, even when u defected to the then ruling party now an opposition I respected ur ryt to choose allegiance. Was vividly disgusted by those who rainy insults and sarcasm on u. I still respected u cos u never replied with insult but positive message. What then changed now. Cos I can tell u boldly ur not a true Nigerian. I don't support or like nyesom wike 1 bit if fact of all the opposition candidate for this government elections his the 1 I hate the most cos 4 1 I don't believe in his leadership abilities and so on but that does not mean I rain insults on him because irrespective of ur allegiance. We should respect ur will and respect ur right to freedom of association. That been said I think Barcanista u need to apologise to Nairalanders and those who still feel u made a mistake raining insult there. Ps. Aw do u think nyesom wike is better than peterside when both leadership qualities are not the same. Even as minister he never performed well aw is then goin to consolidate on the gains of development in rivers. Am talking out experience with Bauchi for example. Former governor muazu performed so well, providing everything for them. In fact the people of Gombe were relocating to Bauchi cos of infrastructural gains and good governance. He (muazu) annoited somebody he knew would consolited good governance for them (Bauchi) people but they had a different candidate (yuguda). He turned out and betrayed them by defecting coupled with bad governance. Were everything seem not be working even water supple. A state known to be better in providing pipe borne water for its people better than any order state the whole of the northeast is now having Mai ruwa all the places in Bauchi. Pls Rivers people I know is late to say vote wisely but I do hope u made the right choice. Barcanista I hope I get why I don't believe in PDP's candidate. Ameachi maybe a loud mouth but he surely has a better leadership quality than Nyesom. My opinion off course. Barcanista embraces the true spirit of true nigerian.
Guy I can't remember when insulted you or anybody. It seems that you don't understand Rivers state and Niger Delta politics. Amaechi is a FAILURE, Peterside is a thug on suit. We know these men. Wike may not appear like the perfect leader but he is 100% a better choice than that fraud called Dakuku. We want a Governor that will not be an appendage to any godfather, in Wike we see such a Governor. You may choose to call me names but your opinion bro. This Rivers election is a dream come true. Good morning

Ihedioha in early lead

Following the voters turnout in the on-going governorship election across the country, Imo state recorded 34 percent voters’ turnout.

According to exist poll, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate in the state, Chief Emeka Ihedioha is likely to clinch 380,000 votes out of 600,000 expected to have been cast.

The breakdown shows that Ihedioha will secure 200,000 votes from Owerri zone, 100,000 from Orlu zone. Earlier in the week, it was reported that some pick-up vans belonging to the banned Imo Security Network were repainted to Police Colour for the purpose of rigging the governorship and House of Assembly polls.

Don't be too sure. Most of these results will be overturned by the election tribunals especially in Rivers. By the time the tribunals starts PDP is no longer in Government.

Okorocha did a good job in Imo, mostly before joining APC, but may not be returned in a free and fair election.
The Election is very very free and fair.
Rochas did a good job, but the problem is his party. Igbos don't like APC because they believe it's a party formed and owned by Hausa and Yoruba people.
I don't see APC winning any state in the SS and SE.

The emerging results show that Guber candidate of APC, Gov.
Owelle Rochas Okorocha is coasting home with victory.
As it stands, APC is winning with a wide margin in the following
local governments, Mbaitoli, Owerri Municipal. Owerri West,
Owerri North, Onuimo, Okigwe, Ideato North and South, Orlu,
Nkwerre, Ihitte-Uboma, Obowo and Njaba while Emeka Ihedioha of
PDP is winning in Aboh Mbaise, Ezinihitte Mbaise and Ahiazu
Mbaise.
Mbaitoli, the local government of the Deputy Governor, Prince Eze
Madumere is one of the flash points where political parties were
expected to go all out for votes due to its huge votes.
Strategically, major political parties have fielded candidates so as
to increase their votes tally. However, All Progressives Congress
was able to hold her own with her Deputy Governor who is on
ground.
However, the election in the seeming strong hold of PDP was
marred with blood bath as the PDP candidate who was alleged to
have threatened to maim anyone who stood in his way made real
his threat. The areas in question are the three Mbaise Local
governments and Ngor Okpala
At Lagwa Ward I, two persons said to be of APC lost their limbs
while others sustained various degrees of killer injuries due to
machete and axe cuts.
The All Progressives Congress is calling for the cancellation of the
elections in the said local governments.

So APC is the progression? Guy abeg face front if you have nothing to say. The progress of Imo is very important to Imolites, hence, sending Mr Rochas away became a task that must be achieved. Fortunately, the mission is near accomplished. You are an APC apologists/member, I expect nothing less from you.
