you forgot that outside the SE region, the bulk of vote the Igbo can contribute can tilt the votes. Check Lagos numbers again.
Where do we check the numbers,do they list the Eboe votes in INEC
How many Eboes voted in Lagos?

Sometimes people talk as if they are under the influence of alcohol. That they (Ibos) voted for a person of their choice now makes them less Nigerians, and deviod of value. You guys should always sound a bit educated for God sake and banish hatred from your blood. They are Nigerians and have equal right to make their needs known to the federal government as democracy demands.

^^^No surprises you turned up here to spout your usual hate-filled drivel! Of course 'liked' by the usual fools that thrive on anti-Igbo threads like this! I've noticed almost the same number of bastards used to like anti-GEJ posts (especially the ones dripping with derision and bile) in the run-up to the recently held elections! No surprises there's a correlation between hate for Igbos and wanting GEJ out of Aso Rock by any means necessary.....it's all targeted at the same cause and coming from the same peeps!

You always turn up to post rubbish on Ndigbo while pretending you're making dispassionate, detached, level-headed and neutral observations! But you don't fool me....never had! You're kind are just one step away from willingly committing genocide if given half a chance, and i always point to your kind of posts when i warn some of my gullible kinsfolk who believe in 'one Nigeria' and carry it for head more than anyone else! You're no different from Awo and Adekunle (no offense intended) and we all know how they put their 'neutral' and 'dispassionate' views on Ndigbo into practice!

You say Igbos voted massively out of hate for Ngige? How comes there's one rule for Ndigbo and another for other regions/zones/ethnicities that voted out PDP candidates for those from APC?...We saw a lot of that in the north and south west, so how comes they weren't 'voting out of hate'? What makes you think those in Ngiges constituency were ok with his performance in the senate but just decided to vote him out in order to spite APC?

You say when APC was formed that APGA was invited? Invited on what basis?....As equal partners? Rochas that was part of your broom carrying coven of witches from the get-go, how was he treated? You want to sit there and tell me that APGA would have been on equal footing in APC as Tinubus and Buharis old parties? What were the terms offered to APGA for said merger.....care to tell us since you must have been privy to discussions held and watched as APGA rejected all entreaties offered and stormed out of the room in a huff!?

You say Igbos have a history of being hateful? Trust me mate, you don't wanna go there! We could compare this history of 'being unreasonably hateful and ungrateful' by Igbos as against the 'love' shown them since the 50s by say the likes of the Hausa/Fulani and Yoruba (the 'owners' of your darling APC)!

If your APC is one built on hate and vindictiveness (as i suspect) then you lot can go ahead and 'not appeal to the Igbos in any way' as you've 'dispassionately' suggested! It would be no more than i expect from you lot, and would help me prove the case i've been making all along to those gullible kinsfolk of mine like Rochas, Ngige, et-al!

I find it funny that you're willing to give the South South a pass on the basis that they were voting for their son, yet you're up in arms about the South Easts voting pattern! So our own excuse that we voted for GEJ because we believe in him; because he's from the old Eastern Region; because he's given Ndigbo a sense of belonging in this shithole of a country for the first time since the end of the uncivil war; because he's our neighbour; because the South South should be allowed to complete their 2 terms like everyone else; because the APC was formed to return power to the oligarchic feudalistic Fulani north even though they've held power at the center more than any other group in Nigeria; because Nigeria can't be seen to be rewarding violence and threats with the presidency as this will set a bad precedence; etc-etc-etc.........so our own 'little' excuse for not voting for your coup-plotting murderer is not good enough for you, but you'll give the South South a pass because GEJ is their son? By the way, do you know Igbos are in this South South you talk of? If Efik/Ibibio/Annang, Ijaw, Ikwerre, Ogba, Warri, etc, who are all in the South South can see GEJ as their brother, why then can' Ndigbo who are also part of the South South you talk of? You see why i posit that you're a daft animal?

You said Ndigbo should forget any 'prioritized developmental projects'? I suppose this is to 'PUNISH' us for not voting for your Buhari abi?...Even as he was voted in as the President of Nigeria and not the President of APC leaning regions or states! You see how wicked, vindictive, bigoted and hateful you are! Pray tell, where then exactly would Buhari prioritize developmental projects?....Just so we know!

Ndigbo will continue to make demands of this in-coming administration!.....It's for them to either accept or ignore them! Whichever way, Ndigbo will continue to progress as God has ordained for us!

The demands are not necessarily unreasonable. One of them caught my attention: Top on the agenda is ensuring the execution of the second Niger Bridge project, as scheduled.

This was one of the promises made to ndiigbo by GEJ which advised the massive support and votes given to PDP by the SE, despite the fact that GEJ continued to 419 my people in the East.

If my people will promise to give Buhari at least 70% of their votes in 2019, we can fast track this demand. make una start negotiations, demands are as good as the words of a smooth criminal.

By the way, you want Buhari to recontest a 2nd term in 2019 at the age of 77!? And i thought the north were demanding to complete Yar'Aduas second term.....a second term you guys denied the South South!?

Igbos weren't Akintola that made the Yoruba Ronu hate speech that was made to fill the heart of Yorubas with hatred for Ndiigbo.

They weren't the Saraduna that made the hate speech against Ndiigbo, the video is still in U tube.

They were not the Oba of Bini that was busy writing xenophobic articles against Ndiigbo.

All these before the War.

Ndiigbo never had any history of hate speeches against any Nigerian group before the War, all we ever did was take pride in our achievements as a people, we were only concerned with our development as a people, cos the Igboman believes he has no competition in Nigeria, he believes that all he needs to do is be his best, and no other Nigerian group can match his best.

But your tribal leaders fed you lots with Igbophobia, rather than focus on improving yourselves, you all were more interested in pulling the Igboman down, to stay in the mud with you, Nzeogwu only gave you lots an excuse to pour your then over flowing hatred on the Igbo nation.

You left Ndiigbo with no choice. It is now obvious to us that we must return your hatred for us, with a billion times hatred for you lots, actions bring reactions, reactions are often opposite to actions, but hardly equal.
My bro Lecture them Because Ndi Igbo is with a divine foundation from above else why has Osewa made it a duty to trive with tribal hate threads against Ndi Igbo with his Nairaland blog?Fellow Nigerians their is nothing anyone can do about it Ndi Igbo are blessed from above " They have midas touch of Success in all they do & you can't compete with them in any field of endevour & our Leaders knows this hence the hatred & maginalizatio political wisewise. Nigeria needs them more than they need Nigeria, Ndi Igbo Leadership are not known for hate speech against other tribes .look folks the day Igboman is Elected the President of this Country will be the day good Fortune from above will smile on us for Massive industrialisation/equity , justice & fairness with a powerful economy that other nation & enemies of Nigeria will be marvel at else we continue dancing in circle without no destination as a Nation. You say igbos are ungrateful and I ask ungrateful to who?

Yorubas are now saints and the igbos sinners abi?

Since u sound articulate I will spell out few things for you here

Yorubas didn't even plan to get into power; it tokk a professional politician like tinubu, who we all know is a criminal and a looter of public funds, to get his poliitical arithemttis right and yorubas jumped on the opportunity of returning to power after 8 years of being their

Were it the igbos that did exactly what the yorubas did (returning to power after 8 years)everyone will say igbos are grabbing and selfish

Igbos don't practice hatred; hausa live in our lands, infact one speaks igbo and sells suya. In my very rural village, others sells cows and rams everywhere in the east

Did you here that any hausa man was killed in post election violence; yorubas too have this same peaceful qualty; but the north killed and buhari looked on as though it were goats that were slaughtered

Igbo don't play politics of hatred we play politics of loyalty and we wait for our turn

The fact is that everyone seems scared of an igbo presidency; even I as an igbo man it really looks odd!
Perhaps its because everyone and igbos feels that we truly are not nigerians; I didn't have to witness the biafran war to feel like a foreigner denied of his citizenship and forced with another

That said; Tinubu knew that retrurn the yoruba man to the presidency will win him acceptance from his own got exactly what he wanted

This country remains a fake counrty where several nations were lumped by an imperial force and is sustained unjustly by the resources of the minorities

You speak of lack of ingratitude and I can safely assume you are referring to the igbos living in lagos(which by the way was developed with hundreds of billions of dollars with fedearl money mostly from oil).......igbos are very enterprenueral lot hate it or accept it, we don't extract. Oil from Lagos but from the xenophobic response after the Obas remarks it shows that if the Oil were is Lagos or any south western region they will not only seceded

Personally I do not believe in zoning; any smart Nigerian should know that its a term which politicain use to lobby for offices so that they can loot as they are wont to do

So for me I don't support the Ndigbo talk for represntation as we have that already in the Natioinal assembly, whether they are from APC or PDP

The second Niger bridge is one that has a PPP arrangement so it won't cause the FG anything to let the arrangement continue....or are u guys angry of anything good for the SE or SS??

In 1967 we only used " mma oge",yet were able to keep Nigeria on her knees for 3 solid years. Casualties were recorded on both sides.
My dad fought in that war and came back a gallant soldier!

This time around that we will be using atomic bombs and better AK 47, nothing will be left of Nigeria afterwards. Quote me anywhere!

APC never sidelined the SE, it's the igbos that have shown unwarranted hate towards the party. When APC was being formed, APGA was invited but they pulled out at the last minute, everything was done during the campaign to appease the igbos but they wouldn't have it. They even voted massively out of hate against Ngige despite the promise of the senate presidency. What more could have been done?

Igbos have an history of being unreasonably hateful and ungrateful, I don't see the hatred going away even if buhari transforms the SE into a paradise. IMHO, buhari and the APC do not need to appeal to the igbos in anyway, they should be the least prioritised if there's anything!

The one group that needs that appeasal is the south south. This is because they contribute immensely to the economy and do not practice the politics of bitterness like the igbos. It was understandable that they voted for their son in the just concluded election and even at that, they gave GMB more votes than the SE. Talk about crying more than the bereaved.

With the nigerdelta votes in the bag, the igbo votes becomes completely irrelevant as the worst that can happen is what we witnessed during the election.

Like every other region in nigeria, the SE will feel the wind of change but they should forget any special treatment or prioritised developmental projects. "Every region will be positively affected" that's the best you can get.

so on point...
hambre on the nail, ndigbos must learn to play politics devoid of emotional ,ethnic or religious bigotry.
talking about he Niger bridge,I tot jona has finished it dats y he it massive miracle votes from d south east?or are these igbos just dumb?

The APC should do an introspection to find out why the planned merger with APGA failed. Did they meet the wrong people? Were they diplomatic in their approach? What was the terms of agreement? And so on. It is only then that the APC should know why the merger failed and try to improve upon it. This was what was done when the initial planned merger between ACN and CPC didn't pull through.

APC shouldn't play the tribal card you are suggesting lest it will crumble. Just my humble advice.
the same way APC called CPC n ACN was the same APGA was called... itwas only Rochas that saw this wind of change coming... or are you telling me Rochas is not a good representative of APGA??

Yes the OP timmilehin AND TH MODD ARE WORKING HAND IN HAND TO CREATE TRIBAL HATE AGAINST A TRIBE HERE!!!! WITH VERY LITTLE REPLIES THEY QUICKLY BROUGHT THIS TO FRONT PAGE SO PEOPLE CAN HVA EREASONS TO HATE IGBS, YOU ARE ALL VERY WICKED!!! DO YOU THINK IF EVERY NAIRALANDER WENT HUNTING FOR USELESS POSTS BY YORUBA AND HAUSA GROUPS THEY WOULDNT FIND THEM? BUT INSTEAD NAIRALAND.COM SEEMS TO ENCOURAGE TRIBAL HATE AGAINST SOME TRIBES BY CONTINOUSLY POSTING TOPICS THAT MAKE SOME TRIBES LOOK SELFISH WHERE AS THIS IS NOT THE CASE.. WAS IT NOT THE OPC LEADER THAT STOOP VEHEMENTLY BEHIND GEJ? YET YOU HAVE TOTALLY IGNORED ALL THE RUBBISH HE HAS BEEN SAYING EVEN AFTER BUHARI WON, TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE ALL YORUBAS SUPPORTED BUHARI?!!!!!! YOU HAVE INTENTIONALLY IGNORED POSTS BY GROUPS SUPPORTING APC!!! YESTERDAY MAIRALND POSTED A TOPIC SAYING PDP CAMPAIGNS IN ABIA WITH MATCHETES YET I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT APC SUPPORTERS IN ABIA ARE FIGTING PDP STRONGLY YET YOU DONT POST THIS!!! IF NAIRALAND IS BIASED PLEASE LETS US KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THIS IS GETTING TOO MUCH!!! IS NAIRALAND NOW A PRO YORUBA WEB SITE?

WHY SHOULD timmilehin POST THIS AND WHEN I VIEWED IT, IT HAD LESS THAN 10 REPLIES YET YOU HAD MOVED IT TO FRONT PAGE??

Its about its news-worthiness. In other words it is valuable as news. Get rid of the persecution syndrome.

For goodness sake I don't know why an igbo man will be so shameless and have such q short memory to forget what they did last month. Now they r the first to give list to GMB whom they hated without any course. Those of u living outside south east will not understand the level of thinking these myopic people could be.

I am from ebonyi state but I live in Umuahia. Up till now some of friends still hate me for supporting GMB. The first question an igbo guy will ask u is what will u benefit from an Hausa man. One guy that I know the family very well told me to my face that he would vote gej and let him throw all Nigerian money to river Niger that he doesn't care. Meanwhile his three elder brother have graduated without job and one of them rides hire purchase cab for ochendo global.

I had a quarrel with my girl cos she refused to understand why I must vote GMB. And since gej lost the relationship has not been the same. Even when I have to tell her that my vote is just one in millions that voted against gej. Moreover there was no election in the SouthEast and my vote didn't count.

And now these folks wqnt to tell GMB what he must do. These red hat fools r not serious. Pls Nigeria ignore them. Am making plans to relocate these people insensitivity de fucking too high.......shun what u read on papers...it's an understatement...they r more foolish than that

Hm.....Naa wah o!
