I'd advice formal. It's an interview and interviews are formal events.

Yes. much better for you. In the interim you can do Homestudy (curriculum.andela.co/homestudy).. That said we won't reject you but we will delay your promotion until you go to camp and get posted back to Andela and also it might make it slightly harder for you to get in.

What if one does not have a degree. No University degree as per a drop out but he's passionate and gets invited to the interview?

You always reapply to Andela on a clean slate. We know you applied before and we might keep some of your records but it will never affect your chances in the future except we have to blacklist you for doing something silly like cheat or book an interview when you didn't have an invite. (we have had to do so to some candidates)
We believe our best candidates are people who will develop over time so we factor that in.

So say someone goes through the whole process, getting through each stage and eventually gets selected after the interview, but is a serving NYSCorps member, is it possible to defer admission into the boot-camp till NYSC discharge. Or better still, attend the boot-camp and if selected as a fellow, defer the 4year fellowship till NYSC discharge?

I am nt sure if there is any dress code, as I av seen alot of different dress styles but wat I av noticed the most among ppl is formal dressing, though I av seen ppl over do it

Yeah dats the spirit if you have the means i will advice you to checkout teamtreehouse.com tutorials i used their tutorial alongside the homestudy
and i must tell you the test was just a breeze(guess the result will tell), currently on Ruby sha.If by chance we both get an invite i will be willing to share many of their tutorials wif u (its over 7GB)

I doubt if u can go through to bootcamp as a serving corper cos dats among d first set of questions asked at the interview

Lobatan... Now I get it. You must have probably listed you gmail as an alternative email address while creating your yahoo mail or the reverse case. Coz I don't see how they'll connect different email addresses together, you must have linked the mails somehow. All the best sha. As dem no gree pick me, God still Win #iCannorComeAndKiiMasef lol

Guys, please always use Gmail for anything Andela, because they majorly use Google services and it all sych easily with Gmail

Same here, even though I knew what I wanted to write, it just felt like those uni days of writing theory exams again.

sorry, u can copy what u already have into a text editor like sublime text or notepad++, it ll show u the no. of characters at the bottom so u know how much more u have to write, hope this helps
