1st Stage: A little paper based Test(might be field based or general)
2nd Stage: Group Work(group of 4); Case Study
3rd Stage: Competency based interview targeting ur leadership skills.
4th Stage: Case Study; know ur Power Point cos ur decisions based on d case study will be prepared wit it using a system**u will be timed**
5th Stage: PP Presentation of ur Decisions to a panel of 2-3 persons.

Mine was long ago. Well I don't think the pattern will be same but we had four stages then:

1) A short written test, an analysis sort of.

2) Group discussion

3) Presentation on a case study (we had like 20mins to read and prep the slide)

4) One on One interview with a workforce agent

5) I still maintain my initial stance, expect success guys

Seems Dragnet bleeped up with the recruitment process, hence the delay. This is probably why the job is being transferred to Workforce. #IMO

was d case study u were given related to d company u applied for?

Have anybody been able to reach the workforce folks, been trying to call and verify some things but the numbers provided have been off since Monday even the one online. Please for those that received calls which number did they use? Thanks
