This is the new updated estate plan showing the marked portions as sold, the unmarked plots are not yet sold, I will give a full list of available plots in the next post.

How do you plan to collect general levies down the road.
In order words after paying for the plots and time comes for other levies for road Tarr, drainage, borehole, etc. If a plot owner refuses to pay how do you plan to collect, so that defaulters won't hold others hostage

I have some ideas on how to enforce rules and levies generally but we all have to agree to them. At the document collection stage, every plot owner will have to sign some binding agreements to aid the management and maintenance of the estate. Anyone who will not agree to our collective rules by signing will be refunded quietly. Remember, the plots should have risen in value so we can easily find willing buyers.

The majority decisions agreed here will be used to draft binding agreements.

More inputs needed, meanwhile lets keep the payments coming so we can complete the land purchase and start work on the land.

I love this question, and has been expecting someone to ask it for a long time now. We are mere mortals, and so anything can happen to me anytime. My business is a registered concern, and this means that I am not the only director in Tigerkenn Homes Ltd. My wife is a top director in this company and has the requisite knowledge to handle the affairs of this fast growing company if I am no more. She is an astute manager of resources and is involved in this venture from the beginning.

In the event of my death, everything remains the same, this estate will go on, only that I might not be the face you see, there will probably be hired managers who will take over to achieve our aim.

Even as I am alive, at a point I will hire people to run the affairs of the estate, I will only be directing from the top when the estate takes full swing.

Plot numbers 2 and 17 has been paid for, some of our members paid in some advance for the plots today. With the new development, these are the numbers of plots sold, reserved and free for purchase. Keep the payments coming, we are getting there.

I would have liked to answer all these questions straight away but just like I mentioned earlier, some decisions will need to be agreed here by all plot owners, I am suggesting a voting system where the number of plots your have is the number of votes you can cast. As for selling later, it's a free capitalist world but the new buyers must be bound by the binding agreement of the estate. Thanks.

I have been asked to reserve plot numbers 39 and 41 for payment later.

I have got two more calls this evening and they are for the reservation of plots 27,29,48,49,51 and 52. I will add these to the already reserved numbers earlier.

It will be very good to have you as a neighbor here, there is an airport about 20 minutes away (on bad roads though) will be nearer when these roads are done.
