I'm inclined to agree with kinglekan who asserted that the paucity of fuel has some psychological effect on the masses. Otherwise how else could one not know its noon already. Morning ko lol.

Yea, I was in Cotonou but was repatriated from there to Burundi and even with the guerrilla warfare here we still have fuel in abundance and we're not like you who have to sleep over the station and be told you can't purchase more than 10litres so it could go round everybody.

Lol, they should keep hoarding fuel jare. The stress it takes to purchase couple with the exorbitant charges one needs to protect and bulwark it to ensure no one trespasses hehe. A keep off zone board should be placed on the storage area too.

The fuel bought yesterday finished already?. Or you too want to start hoarding by sending kid bro. Give that young man some respect and go buy it yourself.
