Not really, Hebrews 11:22,23 shows where the spirit of the saints are prior to the rapture (when the spirits will reunite with incorruptible bodies)

but ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, 23 to the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all,[b]and to the spirits of just men made perfect[/b]the church there refers to NT believers while the just men refers to the OT saints who, without the benefits of the NT, could not be made perfect (Hebrews 11:40)
