Did you take those pictures with your phone? The quality is low and it makes it obvious in your work. If you are not using good flash, try to face the source of light when your picture is being taken. It will make the light spread more evenly on your face. A+

On a scale of 1-10, I give you 3. More work needs to be done to improve your skills though. True photoshop skills is not so obvious in the work.

To be frank, they don't look good. It is a bunch of very lazy works. The swimming pool photo lacks commonsense. What were you thinking positioning your reflection that way?

Sorry, if you actually misquote me...the message I was trying to pass is simply to emphasize that the works do not represent the standard of Genius Media as an organization.
We are basically are into the business of video coverage and photography services.

Since these jobs were being presented by using this account, we have to turn around as you said in order to correct the impression that this is our standard.

Though, so far, the aim of creating this thread has been achieved, which is to get the needed criticism, commendation and suggestion for improvement for the artist who did it, because we are considering him to be part of our team.

@op chroma key replacement depends on high resolution and chroma sampling u should be using high res exr's files not jpeg, ur tracking around object not so good too buh keep it up overall given the gadget u have, u tried

Well bro, felixchip has said it all. Ur artist has got issues with blending and color. Also, for quality editing, u need a quality camera with good pixel. He's got future, so kip encouraging him.

Nice try but you need to work on ur blendind mode skills and also lighting effects and image stabilization also wen inporting a low resolution image into a high resolution image as you did in the wizkid and buhari pic,u might wana try opening it with camera raw tool first to make some adjustment before inporting it or just equally use a batter camera xo your work kan have more vivid details on it even after resizing. Anyway you try
