Bro this issue is quite a thing with the STL100-1 variants. The problem is that the on-device meter is off sync with the battery charge. It is annoying as hell especially when you're in the middle of a conversation. There really isn't any 'text book' fix to it and this is what annoys me the most about Blackberry, they don't seem to care, the issue has been haunting Z10 users (STL100-1) since day one and yet BB is yet to fix it. Something android and iOS users just cannot accept.

There are handful of unofficial 'solutions' out there that could only solved the problem for a day or two (while I was still using my Z10) the problem did resurfaced every other time, not quite sure if they'll be of any use to you. Anyway I've disposed mine, the wahala was too much.

Please which bb version do u now use?

@bluepearls @walcom @ all other gurus in the house , pls I need urgent help, I bought a used Q5 , but when I insert my glo sim with data bundle , it brings just the small 'e' and 'h' and the DATA SERVICES in settings turns off by itself after turning it on, I have also tried another sim with data bundle on it to no avail, pls help, the keyboard has normal alphabets and something like arabic. I can make/receive calls on it, but I no big edge and big H, data services turns off by itself, when I launch bbm, it says ',No blackberry data' HELP pls !!!

Hello, please I really don't know what's wrong with my Q5, I noticed this morning with no ping or any notification since yesterday on my bbm, every other applications are working, even whatapp, so I called the customer care, which I was told 2 update or delete and reinstall bbm, to my surprise I couldn't delete or update, even on my blackberry world no option of delete or reinstall or update, but d rest of applications as, even blackberry icon disappeared on d edge of the network. Pls what can I do?

I also faced this challenge but it has been rectified now!
If u using a glo line,no need calling their customer care they don't ve much info abt it send a mail to blackberry@gloworld.com stating this issue, ur no, bbmodel,imei no,exact location,pin n network signal on ur fone within 24hrs it will be fixed.

Sorry for the late reply been really busy.

As for your question though, I've gone back to android and absolutely loving it, I now use a Moto X 2nd Gen. I found the android ecosystem (developers, users, forums, tutorials, bug fix, apps etc) a lot more dynamic, refreshing and forward thinking something I missed greatly while on BB. But truth be told sha I wouldn't have left BB if not for Z10 battery problem.

If I'm to advise you though, I'd say get the Z3 its cheap, has a fairly decent battery and a larger screen and it does all the things BB are pretty much known for very well --- *productivity*

its not about change but what u need as a daily driver, but in those three, I will advice lenovo ... but believe me, u will be back to bb with d speed of light . q10 remains my best with z30

I would say go with the Samsung Galaxy S4. The other ones you mentioned don't quite measure up with the S4 though the S4 its a older device. If you're one who wants to tweak the IMEI of your phone in for Glo BIS then the S4 is certainly not that guy. But if you aren't interested in tweaking your IMEI then S4 it is, no brainer! The S4 spells a device with an éclat premium quality, superbness, greatness and it has lollipop support as well. Its screen and camera quality are just miles ahead of the other two you listed. I know because I've used Samsung Galaxy S4 before.

Then he must have updated your device with an Unofficial autoloader, they are the once that don't come complete with the Music, Pictures and videos..

If you have a laptop, download 10.3.2 'Blitz' file from crackberry and install.. follow the procedures and your apps would be restored..

Maybe you wait while I source the link for you..

If you are contemplating on settling on s4, I wld strongly advice you to pick an LG G2 instead. Other phones mentioned are mid rangers

D same tin happen to my phone also. I'm convince how to upgrade it now, upgrade didn't allow my data to download it..

have you checked the APN settings? you can change the keyboard language from the keyboard settings. is your phone network branded?

stl100-1, 2, 3, 4

stl100-1 is the earliest version, no 4g or LTE, a lot of complains about this one, so i'd advise you to stay clear.
2,3,&4 is good to go.

I tried updating my Amazon appstore from 1mobile market, since the update my appstore kept showing me the login box. I've tried logging in but it shows a kinda error, telling me that I should login in a few moment. please help me cos all my apps and games were downloaded from the appstore and I need to login for them to work again.

have you checked the APN settings? you can change the keyboard language from the keyboard settings. is your phone network branded?

my Oga , I have tried adding apn , but when I add and click save , it doesn't save when I go back to check always blank . so sim card has even given me big edge or 3g , its a branded phone I guess ... but unlocked
