BlackBerry World doesn't offer much, just Google 1mobile market or mobogenie download & install, der u can find most android apps

Does your opera mini work?? I downloaded from play store and mobomarket but they don't work. It just closes when I open it.

Please I just updated my phone's os but the person that helped me do it didn't backup my contacts. He said he thought that BlackBerry protect was on so no need to backup before update. I don't have any contacts on my phone. I don't know what to do cos I have a lot of important numbers I can't afford to lose. Please help.

Sometimes, it's about the network and browser you are using. When I used Glo and airtel, I faced same thing downloading with my native browser and Firefox. That time, I used uc mini and dolphin browser to download.

Now, I use Etisalat, I download with all the browsers.

set up your emails and turn on sync and you will have your contacts back.

your fb is different, have a lil patience it might restore unless u didn't link your email account to sync your contacts

thanks. It restored a bit ( I have 65 contacts now). Am still hoping for full restoration. Please, I noticed that the new update came with the amazon app. I tried downloading game but a message keeps poping up that I need to purchase and brings out a space I have to fill out info. For those who have been downloading, how did you go about it. Thanks.

Inserted my Airtel simcard into my phone, I put on the data, it ain't showing the capital edge sign, I saw a notification regarding it to the APN! can someone help with the Airtel APN thanks!

Be careful so you don't mislead people....the behavior of the browser's downloader has nothing to do with the network....absolutely nothing

Ohk.. it happened as I stated though. I didn't do anything to my browsers just changed my network. And my changing of network wasn't about it, just that Glo got bad where I stay.

I wiped my Q5 through security wipe suddenly it showed bberror.com......015 I then decided to flash an autoloader,since then the phone has been rebooting itself from the BlackBerry logo


Its was a Q10 SQN100-5 autoloader I flashed since they (Q5 and Q10) share same autoloader


Help me

just look for another autoloader to load. if the OS version on the autoloader is the very latest 10.3.2, try getting an older version, maybe a 10.3.1 OS and see if that helps

read the documentation that comes with any autoloader. most times Q5 and Q10 come in the same package but not a must and not always so, dont just assume

Good day, I have a z10 which I would love to upgrade the OS it currently runs 10.2.1.2102, but I read comments of some NLers complaining about the phone malfunctioning after the upgrade. Don't know if i should continue with my current os or upgrade it. Thanks
