GEJ became president, what did he do? his henchmen made up mostly of Igbo people convinced him that he could not work with the Yorubas, he was naive and gullible and made a man like Anyim Pius Anyim his SGF. One of the key duties of the SGF is to watch out and ensure that the government is ethnically balanced so no group can claim to be marginalised, but Anyim failed to do so, he succumbed to primordial greed and looked on as GEJ's government became too ethnically skewed towards the SE to the detriment of majorly the SW.

Yorubas are not a betraying people, contrary to what your foolish leaders have made you believe and your bigoted mind refuses to unlearn, the Yorubas are a tactical and strategic people who understand how to fight and also how to retreat.
