I see the N B M received a Cease and Desist Order today for the lawyers of anti-cultism activist Uche Tobias. Aside from near 500+ arrests in recent weeks ordered by Inspector General Police the N B M are under severe pressure from all sides. I hear they are defending further instances of legal action from many different sides as well as many more arrests planned by IGP and the President in different State in Nigeria.

Accordingly, we demand that you (A) immediately cease and desist your unlawful defamation of Uche Tobias and The N e o B l a c k Movement of Africa provide us with prompt written assurance within ten (10) days that you will cease and desist from further defamation of Uche Tobias’s character and reputation.

If you do not comply with this cease and desist demand within this time period, Uche Tobias is entitled to seek monetary damages and equitable relief for your defamation. I've been reading for some time the exploits of the anti-cultism activist Uche Tobias. His efforts to expose these criminals seems tireless. When factoring in the colossal amount of death threats and defamation made against him his attitude is even more highly commendable. For someone to stand up to this mafia (n e o - b l a c k - m o v e m e n t) takes courage, strength and resolve and i hope this encourages more people within our country to speak out.

The N B M are an international mafia though and hopefully there'll be action against them abroad too. As well as in Nigeria this mafia rob, murder, rape, steal and traffic people and drugs in almost every country under the sun.

I well imagine after this news and of course more importantly the news of hundreds of N B M members been arrested in Delta, Imo, Edo and more States the organisation will revert to it's damage limitation policy.
