mtn network service here in ph has been badly rendered lately,sometimes no network signal ,when it comes, to browse with it becomes a tug of war, a page that normally takes seconds to load now takes minutes worst it gets stuck,do something about this please

I subscribed for 750 mb for android but i mistakenly sent the command twice when i did not get a reply on time.
The problem now is dt i have been credited with 1.5gb which i do not want

You can try dialing *662# then select other bundles. There are packages like facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp 2GO and others.

can someone explain to me how MTN charges these days? am on mtn zone tarrif plan and lately do not understand the deductions, my BBMIDIM plan for BB10 that usually takes about 2weeks before I exhauust it now finishes in a day, from there they move to my call credit till that also get finished.

this is so annoying and I really wish I could catch one of you guys, mtn and dstv are big pooh, vvery big pooh shity network, bad customer service you guys are thieves

The rate is the same. You are given 500Mb for the BBMIDIM and you can use it up in a day when downloading or browsing. It all depends on how you use it.

I have not been able to browse the internet or ping on my blackberry.My subscription is due to expire next month on august 11th.I called their customer service severally and they seem clueless.All they told me is do a hard reset and also that their engineers are working on it.I dont know if am the only one experiencing this issue or if anyone has had a similar issue before and was able to resolve it, how did she/he do it.

I have done hard reset plenty times and changed to 2g(edge) and all other procedures that customer service told me.
N.B the 3G and bold sign shows,but i know its from you guys end and nothing to be done from my end

Done that and its still not working...still saying unable to connect to the internet,please contact your internet service provider

just ran a diagnostics test and it says blackberry registration NO and connected to blackberry abort and blackberry PIN-PIN Abort
