He goes further to talked about a friend who graduated with distinction in Masters from a UK University only for him to be offered a N50,000 a month job when he came back to Nigeria.

50k? Even some private schools pay better than that na. That firm must be poverty-stricken and I suggest that the graduate shouldn't accept such offer as it would amount to down pricing yourself.

I think his certificate may not reflect the value he can bring to the organization.
Maybe the school is low ranked, maybe he has little or no industry experience.
It is not like Oil is as attractive as it used to be. Oil value/price is falling and will likely continue
to fall till the end of the year. The fear of Iran...

For a start, he should accept d pay package. Moreover, this is Nigeria and not UK.

I always rate the foreign students higher than our indigenous institutions until I saw a 300 level Nigerian who is studying Accounting in UK, who cannot prepare double column cashbook, not to talk of income statement and balance sheet.

I like her mother, she withdrew her from foreign university to come and start afresh without any delay despite the insistence of her husband.

this is not about studying abroad o having mastes degree... secoundary schools pay non taching staffs more than dat this days, and even more for teaching staffs... gosh, what nonsense
