No woman should sacrifice her career permanently to raise kids - temporary sacrifice is understandable though. Careers are just as important as the kids...and that's something they can always make them look up to their mums, as a source of inspiration, of wanting to emulate/surpass.

Why are many people these days configured this way? Instead of focusing on what to learn from the post, your response is going defensive first? Everything is adjudged a mistake these days even avoidable and willful errors. People should stand up and take responsibility for their actions, mistake or no mistake accept the consequences of your actions and do not out of convenience transfer them to innocent people around you.
