Guys,
I updated my S4 to Lollipop like 2 weeks ago after several promptings to download the updates. I'll say the UI is surely way ahead of the Jelly Bean predecessor but I noticed one major draw-back.
The OS starts blinking after a couple of days, and will neither stop nor allow you do anything until you remove the battery and restart the phone.

Any idea how to fix this?
P.S. Phone is brand new from Samsung shop (about 6mths) and has never been jail broken.

does it get hot at the back when it starts blinking?? Check this, and when it starts blinking, get a sachet of pure water and put your phone ontop of it, and watch it closely and see if it gets better for that moment.. this is a lollipop OS PROblem, that heats the CPU... Which can be fixed permanently by applying thermal paste on your CPU

Good morning people, pls I want to buy a fairly used samsung galaxy note 2 or 3. At d market here in Owerri. A phone repair warned me against it saying most of them are china cloned or refurbished, n tht d only way he can find out is by opening d phone whch ofcourse non of d sellers will allow. You sure you got that update OTA? Cos the Baseband seems off. Anyway, is the phone rooted? Can you try a custom rom?

Lest i forget, i presume u meant galaxy s2 not x2 and also u know how to flash a file from custom recovery

You're still in ur region, you need to change region. Sorry i forgot to mention these steps
*back up ur data and all important files in device memory
*boot into recovery and wipe data and cache
*flash firmware again but this time, un-tick "auto reboot" in odin so your phone won't boot up after flashing
*when u see pass in odin, unplug ur phone and boot directly into recovery (this won't boot ur phone into recovery rather it'll change ur csc region to Russia and boot to normal mode)
*Enjoy a brand new feel in ur phone

Only Russian region seems to be flawless. Just follow the steps i told him. Remember to format ur phone
