As for the 5k stipend, I'm not one of those unrealistic sycophants who wait for free manna from heaven before they can feed. I'm gainfully employed and 5k isn't even enough to fuel my car for a week, but truth must always be told and liars must always be reminded of their lies which they used to deceive the gullible and maneuver their own way to power. Signs of financial mess/stress were already there when they were making the impossible promises, and they owe the citizenry an explanation for not being able to fulfill their promise.
