Play store doesn't give you an apk file. It just downloads the file's data and installs it direct.

If you need an apk file of any app you download from playstore, Just download APK EXTRACTOR from playstore. Then use it to extract the apk file of any app you want.

as long as the app you want to download is on playstore, just click on install. . . playstore will automatically download the obb/data file and place it In Their respective directories.

what response do you get when attempting to browse and I hope there's data bundle or credit on the sim card you are attempting to browse with

There's credit, each I try to launch the browser, the response I get is "unable to connect, please check your settings if u are connected to internet"
