Kay, search for the custom recovery of your phone. . . then download the latest version of spflash tool on your computer, so you can flash the recovery on it. I'll give you the steps.

OK I will do that. Thanks

Okay. Follow these steps carefully.
- First of all Download you Stock ROM from here https://docs.google.com/uc?id=0B-1_qo5woThsTnM3bjQxaHJoUzg&export=download
- Place the ROM on your phone SD card.
- Download Custom recovery zip file of your phone from here http://d-h.st/kAKP
- Extract the CWM Custom Recovery zip file on your PC’s desktop.
- Now connect your phone to PC using data cable.
- Open the CWM folder on your desktop and Double click on cai_dat_CWM.bat (There's a Screen shot below) a Command Prompt Interface will come up.
- Now type Accept in the command prompt and hit enter
- Then type T4 and hit enter to begin the flashing process. Just wait till it finishes.
- When it finishes, the phone will Automatically Reboot into Reocvery Mode.

We can now install The new ROM.
Just Make sure you Wipe Data, Cache Partition and Dalvich Cache.
Then Flash the ROM.

PLEASE NOTE :- This CWM is not a Permanent Replacement of the Stock Recovery. It suddenly disappears after some time. So don't panic when boot into recovery mode, and you don't see the CWM anymore.

Please my phone keeps installing apps on its own. I have uninstalled them but they keep coming back. Funny thing is my play store has never worked with mobile data but only when I use WiFi. I have also restricted installation of apps from unknown market sourced yet no change. I went ahead to uninstall all my recent download thinking a recent app could be thd problem yet no solution. I have also scanned for viruses and malware yet nothing. Whenever I switch off my phone and turn it back on, it says android is upgrading and then some new apps install again. I use a Techno R7. Does anyone have a solution to this? Its driving me crazy. Easy touch, Battery Doctor, Efitirin, Omni Swipe just installed now.*sigh*

You can place the memory card in another phone or a flash drive or even a Card Reader and then copy the file to the SD card. Then insert it back into the phone, and continue from there.
And please, I'll appreciate your feedback.

You'll have to flash your stock ROM to that phone. For it to come up again, and to do that, we need a custom recovery. . . do you have access to a computer? so you can use Sp Flash tool to get the recovery on your phone.

Did you also try a Hard reset?

Okay, Hard reset the phone , if nothing happens.
You'll need a computer to download sp flash to, so you can flash in a custom recovery, and flash your stock ROM back.
Do you have access to a computer. ?

Engineers please I need your help. My Blackberry Z10 Microphone very low during calls

It started last month, basically when calling someone or receiving a call , with the phone to my ear, the person on the other line can barely or not even hear me. However, when I put it on speaker and talk straight into the mic it works fine
i have pulled the battery and rebooted, security wipe and it didnt work, I have also reloaded the OS for about 3 times still not working. I also tried cleaning the dirt in the mic area. Please what else can i do.
thanks
