My marraige is a year and four months old with a beautiful baby girl.
My problem started when i visited a church in Ilorin as invited by a family member..... In d process of the service the pastor called me me out. He said he saw a vision that my wife has a marine spirit..... That my baby will die if am not prayerful and dat i will continue to labour in vain. He even said that something happened to her when she was 13yrs old. And that her mum knew about it. Hmmm he concluded that i should invite her to the church on Tuesday preceeding the service. I invited her as directed by the pastor. Not knowing that my wife overheard me when i was narrating the incident with my Sistet who came for a visit. 'I told my Sister because she's d only sister i have'. On getting to the church on that Tuesday, the pastor sais he can't attend to anybody as directed by the spirit. He even said everybody should just pray and go back home without even paying the offering.
On getting home, I can't sleep in the night. I woke her from sleep in the night and narrated everything to her. She became angry and latter revealed to me that she heard it when i was telling my Aunty. That she had visited her pastor too who encouraged her to go with me to that church.
And she said she asked her parent who are pastor in CAC church about it but thay said there is nothing of that nature. The problem is my wife has travelled now for a two weeks workshop in Cotonuo. And I don't really know how to handle the issue at all. Pls kindly advice me on what to do about this issue without disturbing my marriage.

Op from what you wrote, i sense fear and anxiety but note that your pastor is not your God!

I did not see any issue here unless make it an issue urself, must u believe anything dey tell u? Don't use ur hand to scatter ur family, a word is enough for the wise, pray n hv faith dt nothing happen to ur child. Ur wife is not ur problem, in igbo we normally say " onye kwe chi ya ekwe" meaning if u believe people's prophecy about u ur God will also agree.

@ nasha 1, Point of correction. I did not go to the church for consultation, I just went the for the Saturdays' service. The man of God 'as he called himself just call my name, almost sx of is came out bearing the same name and he single me out.

The pastor saw you and wanted to milk you and you fell for the plan.
When he realized that your wife is an "insider"- comes from a pastor family herself, he developed cold feet.
He cannot now say he lied or was mistaken- thus the holy spirit instructed him not to do anything

You are about to wreck your home wit ignorance and fear.
If you have faith in God and I mean real faith.. you would laugh over it what this pastor told you and identiy it as what it is - a scam!

The person that invited me to the church is actually my brother's wife. And its not actaully to see the pastor but just to attend the sevice.

Any married man going through problems in Nigeria, the wife is always responsible using marine spirit or spiritual husband. A pastor almost deceived my hubby. This was almost what happened. When he cane back n told me d story, I asked him to allow me visit this same man as a neutral person, That he will be shocked at his prophecy to me. I went, and d story turned to "madam, ur husband get girlfriend wey wan scatter ur home oo, am not saying u should go n fight oo" so I asked him, what was d information for? I told him blankly that my hubby has no girlfriend n I have no marine spirit. This is how u scatter peoples home using Gods name. He was ashamed of himself. He later told my mum who introduced him to NY hubby, " that ur daughter sturborn oo" Na bad girl oo, so wise n sensitive. I like her person. But my mom Neva knew d reason for those words. Abeg d matter lo g. But I just want to tell u not to scatter ur beautiful home cos of yeye prophecy.

He will always threaten u with ur child so dat u can be loyal to him, cos he knows u won't joke with d life of ur baby. So d scammer told my hubby to bring me for prayers else I won't be able to deliver my baby cos hubby told him I was heavily pregnant.With this, both my mum n hubby were so scared. Help me ask d pastor weda Na him help me born my baby two weeks later.

And you believed that your pastor hook, line & sinker why?

When the foundation is faulty its difficult to build a solid structure
For a start what are you doing visiting a different church alone?
Dont let anyone ruin your home and your life
You are married to your wife. Cleave with her and be united.
Get close to your God
You dont need mouthpieces. You have free access to God too like everyone else.
There are too many fake people aroound. One doesnt know who is who these days so one has to be careful.

That's nice to hear. Pls try n be careful and always pray together with ur wife. They are just doing guess work through psychology. God bless ur home.

So a woman you've been living with, who hasn't done anything to make you scared of her, is suddenly declared "marine spirit" by one psycho somewhere and you are shivering, like 1 year isn't enough to finish you if she wanted to.

I hope people will start using their heads, the world will be a better place that way.

To be precised the Pastor is in Ilorin Kwara state, named Pastor Femi Oba..... In tanke Area, close to Emmanuel baptist college.
