On the other hand, Ribadu and Shekarau agreed to support one of their own - Buhari, hence the resurgence of CPC all over the Northern States.

These things could not be announced openly due to the closeness of the agreement to the election date, but the messages were relayed to party leaders at ward levels and also to party agents, hence the incident of ACN agents voting for PDP.

The fact that this election throws up is that South - South coalition can defeat the Northern oligarchy in free and fair elections - that is, if Jonathan wins. President Buhari’s spokespersons, Femi Adesina and Garba Shehu, as well as Alhaji Mohammed, have separately disowned the documents.

The billboard, which bears large portraits of the then candidate Buhari and his running mate, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, and three bold faces of pupils in school uniforms, has a banner that reads in capital letters: “ONE MEAL A DAY.”

The provision of one meal daily to pupils in public schools is one of the 100-day campaign promises of the documents, entitled: “My Covenant With Nigerians” and “One Hundred Things Buhari Will Do In 100 Days.”

Speaking with Daily Times on Monday night, however, Alhaji Mohammed said that the billboard could have emanated from any source.

He maintained that his party did not authorize both the document and the billboard.

The spot where the billboard was displayed during the campaign was not clear at press time.

Mohammed said: “The President never said he would do any specific thing within the first 100 days. Anybody can say whatever they like, we remain focused.”

The spokesman of the main opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Olisa Metuh, told Daily Times that his party wished to leave reaction to the development to Nigerians.

He said: “We believe that the APC made those promises when they are now denying. Let the Nigerian people be the judge.”...

This is not a question of failing us, weather it is 4yrs or 6yrs, it Is a question of denying them. These are two different things bro.


U can say that it will take u time to actualiz,but telling us that u never made such promises in the 1st place simply means that u will not even try to do it talk more of how long it will take. That is a disaster for a developing country, were Is that "HOPE"?


From the day of inauguration till dat, we have all lived in hopes that PMB will deliver, but now he ha dashed those hopes which means, we have been scammed.

As Nigerians, we know that certain feet are attainable @ a given time and some are not, we know that PMB can not overhaul 9ja to be like UAE in less than 100days, but telling us that he never promised to make 9ja like UAE when actually he did during his campaign is a disastrous as anything u can imagine to be a true definition of the word "disaster".
