The hardened conman is also alleged to have made "anticipatory declaration" by listing properties that were not legally his at the time of the declaration but which he acquired when he became governor. The grand ole/barawo also under- declared his stupendous ill-gotten assets when leaving office as governor in 2011. Saraki's lawyers know their client is in a tight corner, that's why they tried every trick to scuttle his arraignment.
