There are very good creams you can use to lighten your skin.kojie san, arbutin and gluthatione. But they don't come cheap.

The emboldened is also not healthy for the skin

nothing is wrong with it, it's just the skin texture that's of great concern to me.... My skin wasn't this soft in the days of vaseline but since I've been using Pears, my skin is so soft. Dunno if it happens to other people too

The problem here is identifying a cream that has hydroquinone.
My mind tells me some of these creams has hydroquinone in them but the manufacturers intentionally omit them from the list of ingredients.

I might be wrong though..

any cream tagged 'whitening' 'toning' or 'lightening' is definitely bleaching cream. So all these Caro White that girls use is all bleaching

not @all. dah hydroquinone is just one of the problems in whitening. and its not in lemon fresh. its a natural whitening agent itself
