I would think zoos are owned and managed by state government and private parastatals. Does Buhari have anything to do with maintenance of zoos? Not sure if Nigeria has any federally funded zoos, could be wrong though. So, the respective state governors/commissioners should be called out on matters like this, not Buhari. Afterall, some of them could have mentioned issues like this in their campaign promises.

I pity Buhari now as he's blamed for everything.

This look like like monitor lizard..I'm not sure it is called anta...I think a monitor lizard is called 'awonrinwo'n...might be wrong though but croc is 'óní' while alligator is 'anta' or reverse.
