Useless Party in power. If you're an opposition or linked with the ipposition, EFCC will be following you about. Buhari is a betrayer, claiming he's fighting corruption. Nobody has said anything about complain made by the public about APC members. I'm not supporting evil or corruption, but if this gvt ignores glaring atrosities of their members and continue to harrass others, it's a bad idea. 1 Like |

ionsman: There are loads of petition with EFCC against Fashola and again the state executive has publicly made corruption claim against him...what else do EFCC needs before they interrogate him? Ameachi has been found guilty by commission of enquiry set up by river state government and he has not been invited by EFCC, a lawyer from River state has submitted detail allegations of corruption against him to both the presidency and EFCC, yet no arrest made, instead he been rewarded with a ministerial post. Check your facts before posting, this is not ordinary wailing. .this is wailing for better Nigeria, selective probing should stop. Probe everybody equally. 1 Like |

ionsman:I have avoided commenting on this EFCC this or that because I consider them a very unserious setup. There is no where in the Constitution that stated EFCC will only investigate a government official who is living far above his means or earnings when they gets a petition. It is the primary responsibility of the commission to search out corrupt practices, monitor financial transactions involved in by individual/agencies which contravene the law. It is good if they act promptly on petitions but their action must not be restricted to petitions. They are empowered to walk in to any establishment and demand a look at the books Mr, are you now saying that as public official one can be as reckless as he wants provided there is no insider who could obtain documents on that reckless spendings/or lootings for EFCC to act on. 4 Likes |
