Hi,
I don't know if there's a fixed format regarding questions asked during this stage. But I can give you insight as to what went on during mine and a couple of my friends.
1. Tell us about you
2. Why did you study "insert course"
3. What will you do differently, if you're employed by access bank (basically why access bank)
4. Do you have any questions for us

P.S sub questions could be asked, based off answers provided to the aforementioned questions.

Hints: passing the test is the difficult part, just be confident, articulate and honest and read up abit on access bank to be safe.

I have been scheduled for a test tomorrow at Kano while I'm in Abuja.. still contemplating whether to go.. just got the mail around 3pm today, and the test is 2pm tomorrow I don't know if I'll make it up.. please advice me guyz..

i dont understand myself because as part of the requirements for the panel interview, is also NYSC cert which is not a neccessary requirement for inbetweeners
P.S: i applied for inbetweeners but would prefer the straight route graduate trainee

I applied for inbetweeners too..I was invited for the test 2weeks later..I wrote my test on the 14th, had panel interview on the 26th and m going for my one on one interview tomorrow..

The panel interview was nice..the men were friendly. They asked me to tell dem abt myself. Then asked me questions about my course since its a science course, they asked about current financial trends in nigeria n den asked about my family..I did myn in Lagos.
