Actually i am an architect, i don't really show the interiors(dimensioning) of my buildings in this forum because so many of my works have been fraudulently duplicated by various people(including nairalanders).
For internal 3ds views, i do that for some of the clients that demand for it.

wow nice modelings...As a renouned engineer I know how hard it takes to put drawings and designs like dis together but most times client would never wanna know but they just tell you to design something and send to their box with that not actually being the real thing they need ,so I suggest that if anyone need something exotic just contact him and tell him what you need directly so you both can work on that specific design instead of making him stay awake for 4nights just to get a single sketch....to the op nice work though,keep it up

My brother, its a disturbing trend. However, sometimes I don't really blame them because everybody wants the value for their money, even if it is at the expense of the designer.

just like that fella said, i laugh when they call a 3D presentation like this "just sketch". I know what it takes to put up this. My brother more grease to ur elbow. I advice you, anyone who wants a "sketch" other than the "sketches" you have here, negotiate what it will cost for the full drawing and let him pay 10% of it before you switch on your system. You have gotten enough samples to prove you competence in handling any brief the client may bring. If he does not accept that, let him go. Its a sure proof that him never buy land talkless of building. For me, i am practicing that 10% policy and it working.

It's part of our policies. It's effective in differentiating the serious Clients from the unserious ones.

Yes, we don't embark on any design without getting a survey plan of the land, and also knowing the nature of the land.

for one who can design such a magnificent and exotic buildings,a bungalow would be just a walk in the park ...all you have to do is tell him ur desired plan and he gets it done to our desired taste.All these you see here are just for exhibition and awareness purpose okay......

I like all your design...but what am looking for is more modern, unique and require attention to details + experience.

I have the exact building i want in hand just need a drawing plan of the exterior and interior of the building.

So am going required full planning, inc... 3d, structure plan, mechanical plan and electrical plan with blue print.
