Hello house and thanks to all those that submitted CVs, there was a lot of different issues with the submissions but i will skip all that.

We really want to pick someone from Nairaland smiley, so far some people have been called others did not pick up nor called back after several calls, the rest will be called soon.
Also i am personally at a loss whether to call clients with 2nd degrees for interview, i am being open about this because i don not feel the the initial salary/compensation will be up to the level of education they have obtained.

Interviews will be next week with selected person resuming immediately.

Those apps are too large & can't b attached on mail. However, go to google playstore & youtube to download relevant HR tutorials. You may nid to also download MS Powerpoint, Excel & Outlook to learn as u will nid those skills.

Moreso, have a LinkedIn account. Package ur profile to portray HR related profile & interest in HR. Also try to connect wit experienced people on d forum. Most times i get request to connect from some of the HR gurus who offer to guide or link me. Join Professional HR groups & participate in their discussion to learn more. Sign in to receive newsletter & HR training materials. Write CIPM professional exams or sign in to Alison.com to take their free HR Diploma or Certificate Course which on ur successful completion u will b issued wit a globally recognized Certificate. They way i relate wit those HR professionals on LinkedIn has bin very helpful. With these u will b on d journey to ur career already fill ur mind wit HR stuff as if u have being a practitioner.

As i communicate wit u, i have knowledge of recruitment process such as job analysis, preparing job description, policy drafting & management, employee & contract termination laws & so on. What i nid now is hands-on experience.
