I keep wondering why its not making headlines yet in d newspapers. I recall sometime in July/ August, d Senate called on d abolition of this obnoxious fixed charge and that crooked, inept cheat heading NERC acceded. This month alone and today is d 25th, we've not had a cumulative of 24 hrs of supply in my hood. And this has been d trend in over 15 years. So what's supposed to b d explanation for its continuity in November?
