We know already...there are some streets in UK...when you enter them, you will be surprised to here Yoruba in every corner. Very funny the first time I encountered this. I pretended I wasn’t a Nigerian. But I could hear them speaking as if they in their village

They won't go there now, make themselves useful while making some money.

Rather, they will continue to saunter all over Nairaland to fan the embers of ethnic politics.

Thanks to Awolowo's foresight and focus on EDUCATION for everyone six decades ago that was sustained by the five UPN governors of the LOBOO states three decades ago before the Akotiletas prodigal sons showed up PRETENDING they were political heirs to the late sage.
May Oduduwa strike them down mightily- Ase Edumare!

Summary of the story is that some yoruba looters and polithiefcians are buying properties in UK.

UK has every right to be happy for their economy.

But these nairalanders here have every reason to cry..

Yolubas stop taking our money to UK, what a white man/woman can do you too can do. Sit at home and make these items , we will buy them if they are durable.

As if they earned the money legitimately. Which businessman buys properties in london ? Except a thief looking for a safe haven to stash away loot.

A real estate investor in Nigeria can double his capital in 5 to 10 years investing in Nigeria. A transporter can double his capital in 2 to 4 years.

What is ROI in UK property market ?
