@Enyinne, please don't get me wrong but I don't feel you need to encourage her to make a new passport because she was denied a schengen visa. I was denied a Canadian visa but that didn't stop them at the US embassy from issuing me a US visa exactly 2 weeks after I collected my passport from the Canadian embassy.

Please just apply for Dropbox and I believe you will be reissued a 2 years visa.

All the best and remember to come back with report on how it went so that others will have confidence to go ahead for any interviews despite past refusal from other embassies.

It's better she makes a new passport claiming she lost d old one as that is what I did when my application for Canadian visa was refused .I had to do a fresh passport and tendered it to usa embassy and I got my 2yrs visa .if she dare go to usa embassy with that passport, tendencies is that she will be refused visa.

The shipping company I use for my items from the US is in Maryland, what I do is use the address as my delivery address, they receive items and sort and package them then air freight, I pick up in Lagos office @ oregun, you can send me a PM as am not sure if I am allowed to drop details here, I know they can make arrangement for outside Lagos too,
pick up is usually in 5 working days from when your Items ships. Right now they are doing a promo 3.55\pounds minimum of 50pds but for Lagos office pick up only.

I used CJ on highway 6. I will advise you hold on till I receive my stuff cos I was told i get it 2nd-3rd week in Nov but the matter don get k-leg, date now changed to 2nd week of Dec. This guys are never straight forward.
