Na so this Christmas go be? A bag of crayfish (Oron) is 37k. Last year was about 18 - 20k.

Well, had to share a bag with someone. All packed and ready for the freezer. By the way, that's one year's supply.

I believe it's called Dundu. The yams are boiled for few minutes (not so long that it will be properly cooked-half done kinda), before dipping in raw seasoned eggs, then fried. Tastes nice.

Thank you !!!! I thought as much cos if the egg no burn, the yam no go done. It must be cooked slightly before the dipping and frying.
That was my surprise when I saw his egg still looking fresh. Will try it.
