OP, I am constrained to describe you as one of the mischievous APC kid-brains on the loose. One wonders where you kept your curiousity when Fashola told the whole nation that he should not be blamed for the N78millon and N300million Website and Borehole fraud simply because he "was not responsible for signing cheques" Did you ever ask where Fashola directed the funds to?
For your information, the NSA and any funds allocated to his office were not meant for the purchase of arms alone and don't be fooled to think that SECURITY is about the army, police and other security issues only. National Security also involves the media, social welfare, intra-religious conflicts, national image laundering etc.

1. Raymond Dokpesi has told the nation that the N2.1billion he collected was for the projection of Jonathan's administration's achievements and NOT EMPHATICALLY FOR PDP CAMPAIGN as you and other misguided APC liars have been peddling. In addition, it's not out of the NSA's jurisdiction to allocate money from the excess security vote for such purpose. If you know how costly media jingos and documentaries are, you wouldn't make any unnecessary noise about the so-called N2.1b.

2. The money given to Obiagbena and other media houses also falls within the responsibility of NSA's office as it concerned compensation for the erroneous military confistication of newsprints and terrorist attacks on some media houses. If the NSA was not justified in carrying out such function who else should have done that?

3. Anybody can offer security advise to the NSA and not necessarily limited to security experts alone.

Now let me ask you these salient questions;

a. Where did Buhari get his campaign funds which ran into billions of Naira from? Remember he had less than N1million in his account before the last elections.

b. How did APC governors spend the Security Votes allocated to their respective States in recent years?

c. From which sources was APC able to prosecute elections in Ekiti, Osun, Anambra, Ondo, Lagos and Ogun in recent years? Was is from the private pockets of its leaders?

Buhari and APC in connivance with uninformed commentators like you are just playing to the gallery. A thief should stop demonizing others as thieves.

Sometimes I wonder! why are you doing this? what kind of lame defence is this? Does what you wrote really make any sense to you? 'Anybody can give security advice', 'Dokpesi was paid to publicize achievements', what in God's name are you yapping about? What is the ministry of information there for? The so called security advice they paid 345m for was based on what? What other security work has the so called company done? Fear God o!

Those are the kinds of fuuktard defence of a paid foool to try and suppress opprobrium of the crooks.

Unfortunately for the fuuktard that created the moniker OLADD, he does not know the person that opened the thread. That is why he is giving moronic arguments.

I shall ruin his stomach infrastructure.

Friend, I am a man of conscience who hates to support evil acts but equally stands for justice. If anybody is found to have deliberately embezzled security fund meant for the fight against insurgency, the laws of the land should take its full course. However, I am convinced before any doubt that Buhari and APC are just using issues surrounding the NSA office to nail political enemies who're seen as a treat to them. If you don't believe this, why didn't the president query the source of money used for his campaigns? Why didn't he act on petitions of corruption written against Ameachi and Fashola and submitted to his office and EFCC months before they were confirmed as Ministers? Do you know that Kwankwasso's injunction against arrest for corruption has not been appealed by either the presidency or EFCC? Who's fooling who? Security Votes both at Federal and State levels had always been deplored for issues other than security, an act that cut across all the States including the ones under the control of APC. There's also no prove that the funds been investigated were entirely meant to fight Boko haram. Buhari should first of all clean the rots in APC before making scapegoat out of PDP. That's my point.

Are you kidding me? Whether my post makes sense to you or not is inconsequential but as far as I am concerned, I don't write for writing sake. The money was paid to DAAR Holdings Ltd a company owned by Dokpesi and he has explained what it was meant for. Whether you believe him or not is beyond your realm of judgement.
As regards the NSA office usurping the responsibilities of Information Ministry, the president can assign responsibility to whoever he deems fit depending on the level of trust. In Abacha's regime, the Chief of Staff was mostly sidelined in the scheme of things for the office of the then NSO (AlMustapha) due to perceived disloyalty. I am not inferring such scenario in Jonathan's administration but such cannot be completely ruled out. The court is there to establish what the money given to Iyochia Ayu was meant for. I stand by my post on Nairaland with 100% convictions.

You say Dokpesi has explained abi? Pray, can you tell me how the charter of the ONSA includes publicity? This is not a matter of whether I believe him, dont you get it? It is not the responsibility of the ONSA to pay for that service.

That insult goes back to you and your entire generation. Are you so daft and brain-dead to comprehend simple explanation?

What do you know about govt bureaucracy? Who told you that the ONSA cannot delve into publicity? Whether you believe it or not, the NSA office is responsible for everything about the LIFE of any sitting govt including image laundering. Whatever it takes to ensure the govt retains power is his responsibility. Get that into your brain and stop thinking like stillborn babies OK? I am not moved a bit by your senseless tirade.

So because of your own perceptions and in order for Buhari and APC not to hurt you little feelings, they should leave them alone right?? Do you understand that this is an investigation into arms procurement. Arms meant to protect Nigerians like you and I. This isn't Buhari just picking up ex-governors or senators or party leaders, this is a real crime against the Nigerian people. If this arms deal involved only Dasuki, it'll have ended with him. Unfortunately/Fortunately all these guys had their hands in the cookie jar and since all of them are singing like birds they have to investigated and held accountable.
The next huge messy investigation will be NNPC, if you're crying now then I'm not sure what you're going to do then.
Buhari when he came in said he didn't have any personal vendetta against anyone but what he had always said was, he'll have to find out what happened to our military, he also said they'll have to look at the rot in the oil sector. Those two alone are enough to implicate almost every PDP member and a number of APC members. No one is saying APC members shouldn't be tried but try to understand that all this drama is coming out of from one investigation that's responsible for the death of thousands of Nigerians. This Boko Haram issue has been one of the biggest problems Nigeria has faced in decades so if there are people responsible for sabotage they need to be brought to book.

The mere fact that ur hero Jonah-daft who was suppose to probed him didn't suggest to me that obj has no case to answer. Jonah-daft surely does and it will be a big shame if Buhari doesn't pick him up. The drunkard is a curse. As a governor, he failed and shared money throughout. As president, so far it's proving to be the same methodology the curse used.
