OP, there is nothing like safest and most private estates on your list.
All the estates you mentioned are not safe for one single reason, 90% of the residents are corrupt politicians, their private sector business partners in crime and their beneficiaries and they have attracted members of their gangs, pimps and call girls called Lagos "big girls".
Girls and women get raped in the mansions where orgies take place.

1004 on Victoria Island is the safest estate so far in Lagos.

Depending on your budget size then the safest for reasons based on electricity and security plus aesthetics would be;

Parkview - ikoyi
Osbourne forshore - ikoyi

Pinnock beach estate- jakande lekki area
Nicon town - ikate
Carlton gate -chevron
Nothern foreshore - chevron


Royal gardens estate - Ajah
Crown estate - Sangotedo
Fara park - Abijo

And finally the very popular Amen estate - Eleko

Now some of these estates have restrictions on the kind of structure you can put up in them.

If you have a child in primary 1 and you intend to take your child to a new school, do you go to the Ministry of Education to ask which is the best school around? Instead, you ask around, your friends, family and the testimonials you have received. This will then guide your decision when you choose the new school for your child. Thanks for commenting.

Chevy view estate is more of an unplanned estate. If you have being to Crown estate regularly and compare with Chevy view, you will understand that Chevy view is just a cluster of houses. No proper mananagement

Kindly ignore those who have never owned a business in their lives. Many of them are yet to graduate and if they have they are yet to find employment. Your employers work with certai rules and you haveto abide by those rules especially when it comes to housing for staff be they local or foreign.

Locals are used to the environment but foreigners are not and its easy for a diplomatic row to occur when a foreigner is harmed.

Their focus ought to be on building up Nigeria to the point where her nationals will be held in great esteem outside her shores.
