This is my experience with glo bb customers' service agent. After tweakng my android phone's imei to that of bb, I forget to configure my phone settings. I proceeded to subscribe for 3gig. My money was deducted but the data was not given to me. I called 333, their agent told me that I cannot use bb data on android.and that my money will be refunded. I told her that I have used the data for more than four months. To my suprise, about 15 minutes later, I received an alert that my glo bb data has been activated.
The fact is that in some countries, tweaking imei is illegal because it has been outlawed. But no law from NCC outlaw tweaking of imei in Nigeria.

When you download mtk engineering ....if you want to change the Imei, that place they wrote "AT+EGMR=1,7,".......you need to leave a space in between the + and E. So it should be "AT+ EGMR=1,7..

It's not cheating. That your friend is just being silly. You are not the one who designed Glo and Glo knew what they are doing because they are the ones That manipulated the programming codes in their Network that made it browse on both Android and blackberry. If that your friend still insist that is a sin, tell him to report the situation to Glo head office. I believe he wants to brainwash you and make you look guilty. I will like to know the church the guy attends, because many churches are fond of passing silly information nowadays
