My project is going on fine so far. Only down side is we are close to 1.6M over budget already. But good execution of work so far. We intend to get it finished in the next three months.

Sorry for the Budget situation. It happens everytime. As far as the guy is doing a Good job, it will come at a cost, like it always does. He should be lucky he has a client like you that is ready to listen to budget variations because your house finish quality is Primary and not the Overall expenditure.

Would love some pictures via email sometimes, make we still share idea na. I can still learn a thing or two from your Guy.

The thing about the Nigerian Market is that the Marketers only buy What they can sell off immediately. And those Profile which is like the Ones we Installed in our Calton gate Project was Imported, will tie their money down, so they wouldn't want to buy it. I have tried Speaking with some Chinese Fabricators as regarding those types, because we have an Upcoming Project that we require top Notch Finishing, but the Chinese also seem to be Interested in PVC Windows.

My best Advice is that once you have your window Dimensions, you purchase and Ship down.
