Actually. I studied a bit on this.
Those waist trainers and corsets and stuff, they're usually too weak to move the bone but they do rearrange ur internal organs to abnormal positions; shifting them up or (usually) down and causing some discomfort and mild digestion problems.

However, it can be worth it o. I have personal proof grin
