you get static electricity from charged objects outside your body. not from inside. and if charges were indeed transporting themselves through the iron in the blood, that would be called current electricity and would be immediately fatal. because the amount of electricity required to power a single human, brain, muscle, and all, would be so immense that the current generated would be several amperes. which is fatal to the human body.

the electricity you are talking about is waste electricity that comes from the demodulated muscles in the heart. caused when they respond to nerve signals. humans are powered by the food they eat. not electricity.
