I agree with some part of your post, but, i have to disagree with you on some. That Chelsea was eliminated by both psg and atm can't be blamed on one player. Because a player's mistake led to a goal and the other player's mistake didn't lead to a goal does not make the former player a bad player. Moreover, a mistake make by a player in and advanced area can't be the only cause of a goal.
It is just like saying that lukaku cost us the super cup when we know that winning bayern with a five goal lead will not take us to penalties. I think it is messi that lost the ball that caused Chelsea to score in 2012, does it mean that messi costed them the Champions League in 2012?
End point is that you can't blame one player in attack for a goal in defense and you can't blame a player when there are other players.

Like I have always posited, hazard's problem is psychological. He has the talent to do great things in football, but he has not pushed himself. He needs someone to train him to understand his potentials. It is just like the Ben Carson story. Like a student who is intelligent but does not know that studying harder will make him know more than his teacher.

As for the injury, come on he got injured late in the first half of the season. Don't tell me that was the reason he has not performed up to par this season. How about before the injury? And please don't tell me he had been nursing an injury prior because that wouldn't work.

As regards having psychological or emotional traumas or whatever you wanna term it. Hazard is a professional and should know that football is mainly psychological before physical, hence not allow himself to be down psychologically. Not trying to compare here, but do you know that since Neymar came to Spain it has been from one off pitch problem to another? If it's not about his transfer to Barça which involved Barça, DIS, Santos, his father and Neymar himself, it will be about having tax issues in Brazil like how his assets of €40mil has been seized including his private jet and his yatch. By your logic about psychology, if it were Hazard, then he would have a worse season than Hidden is currently having.

This is not a Neymar-Hazard comparison. Just letting you know there is no form of psychological hindrance in his way. The team is having a form of problem of sort quite alright, but the measure you put in will determine if you are doing your part. There is absolutely no one that will doubt that Willian is the best Chelsea player this season. He is the doing his bit albeit it's sometimes not enough. I see how Zouma defends with his life sometimes and I just... How about how many times Courtios has saved the team? These are people giving their all! And for the records, even though I don't reckon with Mikel, but since Hiddink came along dude has been good. My bone of contention on this is that, unlike the aforementioned players, Hazard is not doing his bit to ameliorate things. Don't you get it? He his too lackadaisical about the whole thing. His remiss and lethargic attitude is costing the team. If you don't see it this way, then something is obviously wrong.
