I am thinking of how best to help. I do not know where you are, the offer rates you got and your logistics demand. Thus I cannot give a quote.
For example, I deal with 3 farms now and their offer rates are not the same. The most regular is where I make the lest profit while the lest regular is where I make a kill.
Also, I do not know if you are working as a distributor or retailer.

I supply over 3000crates a week wen market is good tho we have bin hit by bird flu in d state so production is low now hence d scarsity in my region.

You're doing great here. Egg business is a great one if you're really the though one.
I manage my dad's farm in ikorodu and the demand is far more than the supply now that Egg is even expensive Coz of the economic situation but we plan expanding soon. My interest in it was high when I saw the potentials in the agricultural sector, I never studied anything relating to agric or science sef, pure SMS student but had to take it up since I couldn't get a job after service and am loving it, just that when peeps ask you where you're working and you tell them it's a farm it sounds absurd to them Coz of the amount spent on Private Unis, but they can't be blamed Coz I was once in their shoes and now seen the opportunities in it. I've learnt a lot, I rear broiler during festive periods nd smile to the bank, I vaccinate, can breed pullet as well. The demand for Egg is relatively high now and am so gonna miss farm now Coz am heading back to school for my Msc next week. But so sure I'll invest in that sector Coz the potential isn't fully tapped yet.

Sometimes ago, I made a post here that a big farm owner was mad me for opening this thread.
She offer nothing less than 5,000 crates of egg to Lagosians weekly and still counting. It is like her advise is hunting me for real.
I was talking to a big farm in Ibadan for about 2 weeks now. When the farm representative visited Lagos for talks, I ''foolishly'' informed some distributors near me who were looking for the item to join me in a chat with the visitor.

We had a nice talk.
Our agreement was superb.
We were waiting for the supplies to commence only for one of the invited distributors to cut others off all of us and cornered the contact.

Now, learn your lessons.
If you are not dealing with someone of high integrity and straight character, you may lose contacts.
May be, when you have a contact unless it is a farm that deals with only registered distributors and you are bringing in new distributors to their office, you may be sidelined. Always get yourself established before becoming a good Samaritan.
