Foolish backward zombies, defending the indefensible!

Your President is an incompetent dullard who didn't even know or understand the budget he is signing for his own country yet you are angry at others for trying to hold him accountable for his position in leadership?

That is the height of stupidity!

He will destroy Nigeria and you fools eyes will open when he is finished

I've never seen Al Jazeera interview the Ayatollah of Iran, or the Saudi king, or Assad in Syria, to ask them stupi.d and rude questions, so why is Buhari subjecting himself to their worthless journalists who only have mouth when it comes to African leaders? This rubbish must stop. If you look around, most world leaders only do interviews with news outlets they know will be favourable to them. But our own Nigerian leaders will accept interviews with just about any foreign news agency from CNN to BBC and Al Jazeera et al, subjecting themselves and the nation to unnecessary ridicule. ENOUGH.
Just shut up if you are not exposed and stop showing your ignorance

Al Jazeera interviews anyone, from Obama to Putin to mugabe.....buhari should even be happy to have been honored(if not for his human right abuse and gross incompetence, who knows him!)

Those educated during the IBB/Abacha era sure write and spell better than you. I think you're a shining example of the educational failures of the past administration.

You clearly have an inferiority complex to consider it "an honour" to be interviewed by Al Jazeera. I wonder why that station does not extend that "honour" to the numerous Arab rulers surrounding it, looking instead for other continents' leaders to "honour" with their insolence.

But those "others trying to hold him accountable for his position in leadership", why have they not held their own Arab leaders accountable first, before looking for the Nigerian leader to hold accountable? Charity begins at home. The middle east is a total mess. Why do Arab leaders get a free pass from Al Jazeera?

Do you know that even in America you have people from states like Texas agitating for secession from the US? Same thing in Spain and even the UK. In virtually every nation there are those agitating to secede. Does that mean all countries should accede to those requests and balkanize the whole planet? And when did you hold a referendum to know what Igbos want, anyway? Just because some gangs of jobless youths are roaming the streets, chanting Biafra does not mean 'Igbos want' anything, ok?
and when did u hold ur own referendum to knw dat its jobless youths that only support biafra

OP is being murdered on his own thread.

He would rather that Buhari only have interviews with journalists that avoid asking hard hitting questions or discuss anything that is less than complimentary in nature.

Welcome to real life where everything is not always rosy and smooth sailing.

It is very curious that OP's major concern is about who conducted the interview and not on the answers Buhari gave. Would things have been any better if it was a Nigerian who asked Buhari those direct questions?

You don't need a referendum to know that... All you need is to notice the loud silence of the Igbo majority in the face of their aimless street protests.

And @Op, aren't you trying too hard to occupy the position of the special adviser to the president? A president obliged an interview by Al Jazeera, and here you are trying so hard in dissuading him from granting them same interview in the future because of some holes you noticed in the interview! undecided

Murdered by whom? Ignorant, thoughtless dullards like you? The first thing a sensible person will ask is why a TV station in a region filled with ruthless, undemocratic, bloodthirsty rulers will ignore them all and instead look for more politically evolved, democratic nations to insult their leaders. Al Jazeera doesn't give a hoot about Nigerians or Africans. Visit any Arab country and see how they treat blacks. Al Jazeera only seek to make themselves and their fellow Arabs feel superior by looking for African leaders and countries to belittle, humiliate and insult. They get away with this because our resident goats here consider it "an honour" to be interviewed by them.

What you are saying is rubbish. Aljazeera does not ridicule anyone. It is your illiterate president who is ridiculing himself. Other civilised leaders grant CNN,BBC and Aljazeera interviews every day. Leaders expect tough questions and the rise up to the occasion. If you are expecting the international media to pose easy question that are favourable to your president, think again. The media is not there to make your president look good, that is not their job. The media is there to report the news and extract information by questioning our political leaders

Why hasn't Al Jazeera interviewed the Saudi king who chops off peoples' hands for stealing bread, and bans women from driving? Or the Iraqi ruler whose country has almost zero electricity, with widespread terrorism and corruption? Or Assad, whose country is now a hell on earth with 500,000 slaughtered and millions fleeing the country? Or the ruler of Yemen, another hellhole of violence and terrorism. Or the Libyan ruler whose country is now a virtual home for ISIS? Is Buhari's children's school fees more important than those issues? Dummy!

I guess you are the dummy here; fella.

It is only a perverted sense of patriotism that takes offence in these types of interviews.

Cite any one question that was asked in that interview that is an insult to your lofty spirit of black pride and nationalism.

Would your have felt better if the interview with the same set of question was conducted by a Nigerian journalist?

I'll overlook the petty name-calling aspects of your retort as usual, I've come to accept that it is your MO when it comes to addressing issues that are not in agreement with yours.

You lack basic common sense. And you are a liar and deceiver whose response is filled with insults yet you expect not to be insulted. Keep dreaming. You cannot address the main thrust of my question which is, WHY should Buhari subject himself to rude and insulting interviews from Al Jazeera, when that station has never subjected middle eastern rulers to questioning for THEIR misrule and oppression that make Buhari look like a choir boy in comparison? It is unacceptable, and the president must stop it. Asking a whole president of Nigeria about his children schooling abroad or not schooling abroad. Can they ask any Arab or European leader that question? These foreign idiotts just spit in your faces everyday, but you're too consumed by hatred for your fellow Africans to see it's a collective humiliation being meted out on you.
