You don't need a referendum to know that... All you need is to notice the loud silence of the Igbo majority in the face of their aimless street protests.

I've never seen Al Jazeera interview the Ayatollah of Iran, or the Saudi king, or Assad in Syria, to ask them stupi.d and rude questions, so why is Buhari subjecting himself to their worthless journalists who only have mouth when it comes to African leaders? This rubbish must stop. If you look around, most world leaders only do interviews with news outlets they know will be favourable to them. But our own Nigerian leaders will accept interviews with just about any foreign news agency from CNN to BBC and Al Jazeera et al, subjecting themselves and the nation to unnecessary ridicule. ENOUGH.

If I get this right, you want PMB to stop granting exclusive interviews to foreign media so he would not look stupid, ill-prepared and dumb?

You fault foreign interviewers from being direct, objective and blunt in asking touching and vital questions that our news media want answers to but are scared to ask him because of retribution?

You prefer PMB to be interviwed by our media with their softball questions where they will praise him and deify him thus making him look like a hero and savior?

You fail to see the reason why PMB never consented to pre-election debates because of his lack of basic governance skills except kwarruftion fight?

Indeed, zombieism is real I now believe.

Look, most sensible Igbos know the Biafran stuff makes no sense, especially when Igbos have more investments outside their territory than perhaps any other ethnic group in Africa. It is only jobless youths with nothing upstairs but ethnic hatred, who are agitating for Biafra. I personally don't know any responsible, professional Igbos who wish to secede from Nigeria.

Until I see Al Jazeera interview the Ayatollah, and ask him why they behead opposition figures, or interview the leaders of Iraq or Libya, or Syria, to ask them why their countries are chaotic hotbeds of terrorism and corruption, with people dying like flies there, I will continue to urge the Nigerian leadership to snub and ignore their interview requests.

You clearly have an inferiority complex to consider it "an honour" to be interviewed by Al Jazeera. I wonder why that station does not extend that "honour" to the numerous Arab rulers surrounding it, looking instead for other continents' leaders to "honour" with their insolence.
Shut it already,a simple google search will show you they have interviewed the Saudi prince,Assad and the rest....where do you think Doha is,the headquarters of aljazeera!

Please spare us that crap. I'm not talking about cuddly interviews that reveal nothing. I mean interviews peppered with sarcasm and put-downs like they do with African leaders. Where did Al Jazeera interview Assad to grill him about the thousands of kids starving in his country? The thousands fleeing his country? Show us the interview!

Show us where they interviewed the Saudi king to ask him why they chop off peoples' heads for minor offences! I'm sure if it was Buhari doing that, they would transfer their entire studio to Abuja to grill him night and day about it!

You lack basic common sense. And you are a liar and deceiver whose response is filled with insults yet you expect not to be insulted. Keep dreaming. You cannot address the main thrust of my question which is, WHY should Buhari subject himself to rude and insulting interviews from Al Jazeera, when that station has never subjected middle eastern rulers to questioning for THEIR misrule and oppression that make Buhari look like a choir boy in comparison? It is unacceptable, and the president must stop it. Asking a whole president of Nigeria about his children schooling abroad or not schooling abroad. Can they ask any Arab or European leader that question? These foreign idiotts just spit in your faces everyday, but you're too consumed by hatred for your fellow Africans to see it's a collective humiliation being meted out on you.

Again you have failed to state one rude question in that interview.

World leaders have been asked even more direct questions by journalists in the past, questions that focus on the policies introduced by said leaders and how their personal lives or conduct have been in relation to such policies. This is nothing new, Buhari is not the first leader to be asked such type of questions.

Honestly I think you need to stop viewing the world through this lens of victimization and persecution. Every action that is unflattering to your concept of nationalism and patriotism is interpreted as slanderous or insulting even when that is not the case. You would rather that our flaws as a nation and people be airbrushed and glossed over, even when it means that our leaders who, by the way, have been largely responsible for the our under-development get a free pass. Such an attitude is self defeating, plus it gets old fast.

Yawwnnnnnnnnnnnn. Show us interviews by Al Jazeera of the Ayatollah and the Saudi king where they are grilled about their human rights record. Or Assad. Or the rulers of Libya, Yemen, and Egypt. Can't be that hard, can it? It would save you all this grammar you're typing.

Why hasn't Al Jazeera interviewed the Saudi king who chops off peoples' hands for stealing bread, and bans women from driving? Or the Iraqi ruler whose country has almost zero electricity, with widespread terrorism and corruption? Or Assad, whose country is now a hell on earth with 500,000 slaughtered and millions fleeing the country? Or the ruler of Yemen, another hellhole of violence and terrorism. Or the Libyan ruler whose country is now a virtual home for ISIS? Is Buhari's children's school fees more important than those issues? Dummy!
Sharrap my friend. Buhari has right to answers questions from whoever. The world is a global village and every leader has the right to be questioned and has the moral rights to tell the world the truth. Buhari is too incoherent and emotional to be headmaster.

Walking dunce with foam for brains, who said anything about Buhari's "right"? We are talking about Al Jazeera applying its questioning to the Arab rulers in its own region, whom it treats with kids gloves, while rigorously grilling Buhari and other African leaders, most of whom are more democratic and less corrupt than the Arab rulers.

Nicompoop thread where your mates walk. If you come close to an inch near me, I will dismantle your dental formular. Son of a goddamn bit.ch. Your Buhari is very incoherent and that is an insult to every educated Nigerian. We have four years of international embarrassment. The iliiterate can not even hide his emotional imbalances. He displays heightened disorientation and foolishness even about the simplest questions. I better not see any Buhari voter around me. This disgrace is too much.

And I can predict that the fool typing this message is using generator with black market fuel. Buhari hasnt seen anything yet. The electricity generation is on the lowest in a decade and there is no fuel. I welcome you to see what will happen in the next couple of months. Buhari supporters will not even afford to show their face. APC will understand who runs Nigeria very soon.
