I just saw episode 16, trajectory. Wells daughter, Tess, has left central city for good; Zoom is actually Jay. He's actually dying so that's why he has a blue blur.

The contradictions between zoom being Jay can simply be eased by saying, as a speedster, you can be in two places at the same time.

So that's why Zoom needs Barry's speed cos he's dying.

What if, let's just assume; the Jay Garrick that died is the earth one Jay(from our earth) working with zoom probably because the dude is terrifying or maybe because Jay of Earth one is just a nobody that decided to go on an adventure as his earth 2 doppelganger[reason why I think so is cus it seems velocity 9 only works on earth one people, cus of what happened with jessie as compared with jay n trajectory) , and the dude in the iron mask is the real earth 2 jay garrick and zoom is like the cobalt blue of jay garrick(comic stuff) which means zoom is hunter zolomon from earth 2, (switched at birth, like malcom thawne of Barry Allen in the comic). Actually blue lightening means hyper fast like from Mac 5 and above to past light speed because according to a source (one YouTube channel like that) Barry would get fast enough for blue lightening as well. And as for being in 2 places at once(speed mirage) I don't think it's possible to mirage carrying your dead self in your hands in 2 different clothings and drop him off on the floor without being sucked up by the speed force, well except you're bart Allen (the only known speedster that can multiply himself through time n space)

So you didnt watch ep15 ending? When Zoom took Jay's body to his lair. Why will he pretend there to be in two places @ the same time if there was no 1 there to fool.

The Jay we knew was not Zoom. He was Zoom's doppleganger. I tink Zoom is from another earth and Jay is from earth 2. And Jay which Caitlin saw was the Jay of earth 1.

But who is the masked guy in Zoom's lair? Maybe he is another Jay from another earth(4) or he could b berry from Zoom's earth(3).

If Jay in earth 1 is Zoom why did he wait until the breaches where opened before showing up. Or is it after the breaches opened that he all of a sudden knew he need flash's speed.

And besides, Zoom have been terrorizin earth 2 even b4 d breaches were opened so how did Jay in earth 1 that you claim is Zoom travel between both earths. When there was no breach for him to travel through. So you can see your theory is riddled with holes.

With the recent development about the identity of Zoom and jay Garrick, many questions have been asked and many theories have been given.

Like jay Garrick is Zoom twin,
There is a earth 3,
Zoom is a part of jay from the future
And a whole lot others.

While I will be debunking this theories, I have taken serious time to look at the character of zoom in relation to Jay Garrick and then balancing it up with the character of Barry from the very beginning, as a result of my persistent research, I have come up with some set of theories that I believe will answer the numerous questions that are left unanswered.

Question 1: Who is Zoom and who is Jay Garrick

My Theory: I believe that both Earth 2 flash and Zoom are the same person and that is Jay Garrick.

In episode 5 Of season 2, we say flash create a mirror image ( also known as speed mirage) while fighting doctor Light from earth 2. Now understanding that he was not really as fast as he is now, it’s understandable that the mirror image he created was temporary & static (i.e., it was not moving on its own) and was faking quickly which resulted in Barry having to create multiple mirror images.





While in episode 9 of season 1 , we say the reverse flash ( who is still faster than the flash) create a mirror image of himself while trying to deceive Barry and others, we say him in different clothing in the same place as one was dressed as the reverse flash and the other was dressed as Harrison wells.




So I believe that the zoom (who is presented as being faster than Barry and the reverse flash as a whole) as the ability to create a mirror image that can become an entirely new body and can be in different places at the same time.
So Zoom could be on earth 2 while his mirror image (the one we know as earth 2 flash/ jay Garrick could be on earth 1).

But then that begs the question, How can one person Jay Garrick be Earth 2 Flash (The Good Guy) and the Zoom (The Bad Guy) at the same time.

While I have a theory that explains this , I will like to see what you all think of this before I drop it.

The man in the mask is either jay's son or father or his descendant, and I think he was trying to tell barry to save jay, because if he is killed he might be erased from existence, zoom might also be one of jay's descendent, hence, by capturing them and taking their speed,he becomes the strongest.
