Omo mehn, I really envy you guys in other states. Here in Lagos, Landlords are hell bent on sending people back to the village.

I'm just planning to rent a house and I made an enquiry for a room and parlour self con @ Surulere (cos of d proximity to d Island). I was told 600k!

Around Yaba, I got d same type of house for 500k. Money wey go buy land and build d house reach somewhere for some parts in Nigeria. Chai!

It is well

Call me.

Lol. I was living at refinery road, close to Aka Avenue i paid #360k until I fled to Ubeji last month. And bro, I am loving the place grin security /light etc. The only ish I am having is the traffic at Shaguolo, close to warri refinery

Oboy, how much is average rent dia? Cos am planning on renting 2bedroom next year prior to getting married but rent over dis side is something to weep for.

Owvie. Plus my office is off agbaro.

That's a bit too much to dole out for a self contain on PTI road considering that area is prone to 'UVWIE PEOPLE WAHALA' all the time.

for me, its 300K for a STANDARD 3 bedroom apartment somewhere in Nigercat.

Seriously? How's d light situation over dia?

What attracts us here is light. I stay in ugbolokposu, so we have little to no security issues here plus night life is save to an extent.

Hahaha. One of the reasons I fled refinery road was d house rent..imagine paying 360k for a two bedroom apartment.
The rent at ubeji goes for 20k-25k monthly, depending on the area and the building.
Agbarho is quite far oo. Why not get an apartment at osubi?i heard there are good apartments for 240k at osubi.

If no kitchen space then it certainly can't be called a self contain. No wonder it's 120k in PH of all places

damn these rent prices here, and my bloody cousin keep telling me house rent is not that expensive in Benin city, i have 6 flats 3 bedroom each with fence and bore-hole for drinking water in Benin city and the tenants pay 96,000 per year according to my cousin undecided
me thinks your cousin is taking you for a ride. Same thing my brother was doing to me until i went down to nigeria to find out for me self, you need to go there and see for yourself whats happening there. Now i gave my properties to an agency to manage for me no more family things.
