Around Yaba, I got d same type of house for 500k. Money wey go buy land and build d house reach somewhere for some parts in Nigeria. Chai!

damn these rent prices here, and my bloody cousin keep telling me house rent is not that expensive in Benin city, i have 6 flats 3 bedroom each with fence and bore-hole for drinking water in Benin city and the tenants pay 96,000 per year according to my cousin

Where are the Abuja people. I pay 250k + 12.5k + 25k rent, legal and agency for just a room selfcon
at Mbora district.

Mbora consist of Life camp, citec, and EFAB. I no wan give una my address b4 all these NL girls will start to pay me unsolicited visits.
