I have two attestation forms signed and stamped; one by a school principal and the other by my local govt. chairman. They both equally attached their passport and stamped it. However, while the principal gave me a photocopy of his drivers licence, the chairman didn't. My major concern now is the weight the signee carries and the fact that the instructions on the attestation form includes the local government chairman as an officer who can sign the form while the principal is listed on the website but not on the form itself.

if you're me, how will you handle this?

Go with that of the principal, if it was on the site but not on the form it's not anyone's fault. Most of the guidlines were on the site, you can't be penalized for that.

NAF replied someone's mail saying there will be no text messaging as they have already passed across the message on their site. Screening still begins 1st of May. In fact the Notice on the site says it all, it is left you people to interpret well or misinterpret.

I pray they just look at the name and not bother about the expiration considering even releasing an expired mode of identification is still a sensitive matter, even though as it is that drivers license is invalid. I hope it didn't expire long ago, it shouldn't be a Huge problem .
